Don't get me wrong the customer service is non existent and they can be a nightmare with continuous need for ID checks despite already being verified. But their pay out times are very good and the range of games and bonuses can't be complained about.

So …. I’ve got a “ pending withdrawal “ since yesterday…. £300 in my bonus balance…. No means whatsoever of how to get the bonus balance out … no communication from there end whatsoever “ they’ve probably all got there head’s stuck in the sand “ worst site going ever , avoid it like the plague!!! They don't payout
They don't payout. AVOID at all costs. Despite asking not to have a welcome bonus they still gave me one. When I won money with it, despite fulfilling the wagering requirements, they didn't pay out as I made bets bigger than 10% of the £50 bonus. In short, if you deposit 50 and then make any bets bigger than 5 dollars, they just keep all your winnings...I won £5000, had an email to say that my withdrawal was successful, celebrated that evening, only to find that they had reversed Thier decision the next day! Not only that, they have now blocked my account for saying this has caused me emotional distress. Joke.

Joined this site a while ago and used it the other day. Won some money and was asked to provide my ID to proceed, which I did straight away. Told it would be verified within 12-48 hours. Still nothing, no replies on email or via the online chat. I have accounts with the sister sites and never had this issue but this site just don't reply or respond. All I want is my winnings, it isn't even that much. If LordPing are willing to resolve this issue asap I will change my review but until then I will be contacting them daily until I'm dealt with. I can't understand what kind of casino they are the way they deal with people.
