Ordered something and they provided tracking number to a different delivery and I never received my product. They do not reply to any emails.
Total scam!

Dreadful scamming company!, I ordered the complete Ethiopian Bible for £39of 88 books, but it is not complete!! Only the Old Testament of 15 books; that's all it was. No New Testament neither! And I have sent them so many emails messages about this, but no response, no replies; because I want to return it since I am so dissatisfied with it, but no response...

il semble que loox.io demande des avis pour des produits et/ou des entreprises arnaqueuses. J'ai acheté de gants moto chauffants chez Frostgear (le site est est très bien fait et a l'air sérieux aussi par les très bonnes évaluations affichées) le 30 novembre 2025, reçu un message ' colis en transit' le 4 décembre mais sans numéro de suivi (pourtant 'chronopost express'). Pas de réponse au tél et un massage automatique sans valeur à la réclamation par messagerie. Puis loox.io me demande un avis sur le produit (18 décembre)...Au mieux ils se foutent de la gueule des gens, au pire ils sont complices?

Will never buy from this company again have sent loads of messages and have not received my purchase totally rubbish

Loox ist eine etablierte App die von tausenden shopyfy shops angewendet wird - sie ist authentisch, da nur echte Erfahrungen aus echten Verkäufen abgebildet werden. Zudem ist die Foto und Videofunktion genial, mit der der Kunde das gekaufte Produkt gleich in der Anwendung zeigen kann. Der Rücklauf st besonders hoch, nicht zu vergleichen mit Trustpilot - und Preis Leistung eben auch! Es ist irritierend, dass das Unternehmen auf Trustpilot so schlech abschneidet.
Ebenso irritierend ist, dass Trustpilot die Bewertungen, die offensichtlich gar nicht auf das Unternehmen passen, stehenlassen - das verfälscht die Realität - das sagt Einiges über Trustpilot aus und wenig über Loox.

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande!! J'ai tenté de contacter le site plusieurs fois sans succès. Evidemment je n'ai jamais été remboursée...

Arnaqueur . attention attention ce site est arnaqueur J'ai demandé un caisse d'outillage pour la mécanique et J'ai deja payé 173$le 17 septembre 2025 mais jusqu'à ce jour je nai rien reçu. J'ai réclamé plusieurs fois sans avoir reçu aucune réponse chez eux. Ils m'ont juste envoyé un email en me demandant de leur dire comment J'ai trouvé la marchandise, est-ce qu'ille est bonne, a vrais dire ils se moquent de nous tout simplement

Dit bedrijf zorgt er tegen betaling voor dat webshops, waaronder Silky Planet van Limitless eCom GMBH, positief in het nieuws komen. Maar de realiteit is geheel anders, de 5-in-1 hairstyler Aircloud van Silky Planet is een zeer goedkope Chinese versie en lijkt in het niets op de afbeelding op de website. Misleiding dus! Neem de reviews van Loox dus niet serieus!!

Big disappointment

Asking for review on nothing received!!! I've waited patiently for my order since Aug 16 2025, sent an email in September, no response. It's October 3 2025 & still nothing either way. I had to dispute with my bank unfortunately, due to this. I would have just loved to receive the product.

Diese Waschanlage ist das perfekte Beispiel für viel Show, null Wirkung. Bunte LED-Lichter, große Schilder mit Worten wie „Premiumwäsche“, „Nano-Versiegelung“ und „Intensiv-Schaum“ – klingt beeindruckend, liefert aber rein gar nichts außer Enttäuschung.

Der sogenannte Schaum ist eine Frechheit Er sieht aus wie Wasser mit ein paar Blasen und läuft einfach vom Lack, ohne auch nur den geringsten Schmutz mitzunehmen. Wer hier auf eine gründliche Vorreinigung hofft, wird bitter enttäuscht – das ist kosmetische Augenwischerei auf niedrigstem Niveau.

Still waiting for Blendelle bottles…….. received an email asking for feedback on my purchases……….. once I receive them, I will review them!!!!
Can someone from this company make contact please to discuss this matter rather than just trousering my money?

Much better than Trustpilot! Loox gathers photos and reviews in a much easier format for our customers which leads to a more complete view of our service. By comparison when we used TP we only saw disgruntled customers leave reviews which was not a true representation of our service.

Please do not buy from this company it is a SCAM
my money was taken under a different company name. I never received my order. They've not replied to my emails and now they've taken another payment from my account!!

Goods not arrived. It's been 3 weeks n it's a fake website, they give no response of complaining in their website and their email address is not found.

I am very pleased with the Suzy & Me Collection from loox.io. All the items are beautifully crafted from 100% cotton, which is incredibly important to me as I prefer wearing natural fibers. The designs are both delicate and timeless, making them a perfect addition to my wardrobe.
