I didn't get tracking number & also the ebook that was supposed to come with the package. Also the customer service number when I googled it was a completely different company! I was wanting to talk a person for customer service not always by email :-(

Very disappointed. Ordered this and the rope broke within a month of using. Sent me a replacement only because I was still in the 30 day guarantee. Replacement has broken again within a few weeks. Very poor quality for the money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They’re quick to sell you a product but refuse to help you when you want to make a return. Absolutely no response and no instructions how to return! Really disappointing.

SCAM - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY It is a flimsy, tiny bit of plastic. If your feet are bigger than a size 5 they won’t fit on it. The customer services are rubbish and won’t answer. They only refund part of your money and you have to pay for the return.

Loving the product, simple enough to use and is accepting of the heavier build.
Delivery was a little delayed, mass orders after what seemed an extensive marketing campaign.
Customer service (Lisa) kept us up to date with what was going on, so all in all this approach made up for the mild delay in delivery.

The product I received arrived in a timely manner and customer service was spot on. The product didn’t feel right while using it. Outside was fine but inside was a cracking noise while using it. My query was dealt with straightaway and now I’m getting a replacement sent to me. Very professional and efficient customer service. Definitely buy again.

Item arrived damaged. Refused to refund oe replace. Only offering 10% of the purchase price.

Do not buy from this company, disgusting customer service.

Only just started using it, but only after a few days, I can already feel it moving body parts that I didn’t realise that I had.🤣It’s so easy to use- will definitely stick with it for ever. Love it already!👍

Didn’t give the full 5 stars for this as it took ages to come. I was not aware it was shipping direct from China or I may not have ordered. Having said this I’ve used it for a few days now and after a little time to get into the proper rhythm I do feel it is doing something. It’s easy to use and doesn’t take up much space

I bought this because if a Facebook ad which offered it for $57 - it costs $30 on Amazon! And, many similar products stary as low as $15. Wanted to return - the shipping (if have to cover it) costs $40. Now I’m stuck with this cheap piece of plastic which won’t last a week if I use it every day (I’m heavy). I am appalled by the producer’s greed - to charge almost twice the price because the user found it somewhere else than Amazon. Absolutely shameful, scamming behavior. And again, the product is garbage.

Reasonable wait for delivery only received 2 free gifts (skipping rope and tape measure) when it was advertised 3 free gifts with order.
Equipment works well but in my opinion it's a bit expensive for what it is.

Ordered the waist sculpture which has arrived and it is cheap and broken!
Doesn't swivel properly and sounds like it's snapping.
Have emailed them 3 times for their return address and received no response at all.
Trying to return the item to get a full refund.
Shambles of a company!

Was delivered within the timeframe quoted. There was an issue with it being delivered to a neighbour, but this was not down to loovely. I communicated with Lisa and this issue was promptly resolved.

I’ve only been using the product for a few days so no progress as of yet. But hopefully this will soon be accomplished

There was a slight delay in parcel arriving and Lisa came back to me straight away to say parcel delivered 28/01. This parcel was received.

Its very simple and easy to use however, not the best if your balance isnt great. A wider disc would definitely be better.

Did take a little while to arrive as coming from China, but everything arrived as expected, including the skipping rope and waist measure. Works well and feels like it's doing something, but only used it for few days so far. I agree with another review that it would be better if your feet could be slightly further apart, maybe bit bigger disc to allow more room when standing.

Too early to tell. But so far so good. Anxious to get into a routine.

Too early to tell if the product actually works,I'm working ny way through the suggested exercises so fingers crossed! I did receive a skipping rope and a small black disc but don't know what this is! Very portable and lightweight. Took about 2wks to arrive from China
