First time ordering from Loop Mobile. I ordered 2 Apple Watches as Christmas presents. I ordered 1 with a Good Grade and 1 with Excellent Grade and both came in great condition. There are no noticeable scratches or marks and work great. Ordering process was easy and the watches came quickly. Would definitely buy again from Loop Mobile.

Ordered an iPhone 14 from their eBay…
Ordered an iPhone 14 from their eBay store and received it locked to the carrier which was frustrating to say the least. I called them for assistance and reached Emmanuel, who was very professional and assisted me with a return label to replace the phone. Received the phone today and I’m very glad it is working as expected. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cost friendly option.

Excellent Customer Service
I purchased a refurbished macbook pro from Loop Mobile on amazon. It arrived in pristine condition, like not a single mark or piece of dust or scratch on it. A few months later the charger that was provided stopped working. I contacted Loop Mobile through amazon and got a response back right away. Without hesitation I was shipped a new charger and the issue was solved. I really appreciated the excellent customer service and highly recommend Loop Mobile.
