Ordered December 6th and still have not received the items. Received an email stating my order was placed on December 6th. Then received another email stating my order was placed on December 16th. This company is a joke. Save yourself the frustration and AVOID LOOKHUMAN LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Update: Finally received ordered items the day after Christmas. I'm pleased with the items but still completely dismayed with their customer service.

Placed an order on December 8th and still have not received a shipping email. This is way past the 2-3 business days for printing and 3-5 business days to ship. I am very frustrated because this was a Christmas gift, and it's looking like it won't be on time. It seems from other reviews that this is an issue that others are experiencing too. I want a refund.

Placed an order for over $100 on November 30. Have yet to receive any shipping updates. Called, left a voicemail, emailed the company and attempted to use the chat. Have yet to hear anything back.

I placed an order on Dec 8 for two hoodies. More than a week went by and no updates, so I emailed the company at the requested address and referenced my order number. I reached out for an update on Dec 14 and I haven't even received a return email. I tried to call only for it to go to voicemail. I didn't bother leaving a message as I am losing confidence that anyone will respond. I would actually really like to have the items I ordered, and am not as worried about them being late, I just need a contact and an update. I realize my order isn't as delayed as others, but in seeing those I felt I shouldn't wait any longer before engaging this site. Would happily change the rating if I can receive the products I ordered.

Edit 12/22/23 The items have arrived, however one was printed on the wrong side of the hoodie. Since it seems difficult to get a response, I will await receiving one before changing my rating. I do intend to update it based on response/non response
Edit 1/24/24 I did receive the replacement hoodie, however it was still printed on the wrong side, tried one more time, still wrong, so a refund was issued and we retained the three misprints.
Had the replacement been correct, I would have upgraded to a 5, but leaving a 4, just due to the multiple attempts to get it printed on the correct side.
In conclusion, I was in the same boat as many people around the holidays, questioning if this was a legit site. It clearly is, and they tried to make it right. I'm guessing that they were overloaded in the holidays. I do hope they will be better prepared for next season, they have a nice selection.

I placed my order and was immediately charged. Here I am 10 days later with no shipping notice. All emails and calls are not returned. Is this a real company? Do I need to start a chargeback?

The site clearly states "2 to 3 business days for us to print by hand, plus 3 to 5 business days to ship" for orders to be received. I placed an order on 11/24/2023 for multiple items for gifts and today is 12/13/2023 and my order has not yet been shipped. I reached out twice for updates because what they advertised on their site for the turnaround time vs what I am experiencing is quite different. The first email the representative said they were sorry and they had received an influx in orders causing a delay. The second representative, a week later, asked if I wanted to cancel my order and receive a refund. Well actually, I would really like the items that I rightfully paid for. Getting a refund now leaves me in a bind because it's close to Christmas and here I am wasting my time waiting for this company to send me my order and going out to get all new gifts for the 5 people is not really an option. I am never ordering from this company again and I hope this review helps others.

I have not received the hoodie I ordered on December first! It was a birthday present for the 10th of December

I love this company. I have been ordering mugs for years, for two reasons:
1) Consistently good products
2) Smooth, easy transactions and quick shipping.

I've never had an issue, and am happy to keep supporting a company with such a great sense of humor.

To be honest I have always loved this company’s products; design, quality, and options. This time I came back again for my favorite sale. I rarely can pass it up. This time they nailed it with 15oz mug presents for my cousins. They’re going to love these. The site is easy to navigate and it doesn’t reset or refresh when I go back to a search from a product page. The list goes on. I’m looking forward to seeing these in person. I might come back for some new flags too. The quality is always spot on and if it isn’t their support team is very helpful. Thanks again!

Honestly LookHuman is my favorite store online! I love getting all of my shirts and stuff from there! The only complaint I have is that they don't sell any bottoms, like sweatpants or skirts or anything. I'd love to be able to have a full outfit of nothing but Look Human clothes!
