Bernie was great to deal with, appreciated the quick response.

I accidentally forgot to update my shipping address before placing the order and reached out to support. They responded immediately and was able to cancel my order and replace it with the correct address. This is the second time I've ordered from them and so far both times have been wonderful.

I was really disappointed when there was a mistake with my order. I emailed customer support with my issue and they were amazing! They responded quickly and made it right immediately by sending out the correct order straight away. All items are great quality! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had erroneously clicked on the wrong sticker I intended to put on my water bottle, where my favs are displayed…I did have one other sticker that I pressed the right button for, so they both came in the same package as promised. I had advised Look Human that I have a disability that makes my hands twitch and sometimes I don’t notice it until too late (in this case, it was after the confirmation of the order had already been sent to me and I didn’t look at it closely enough).
Before the package even reached me, I reached out to explain. I was met with quick, kind responses assuring me they’d make it right and I could return it exchange any merchandise I needed to. Not only were they very cordial, they told me not to worry about returning the sticker I hadn’t meant to order, and to dispose of it or give it to someone else as I saw fit. They continued to be positive, very gracious, and all the way to the end, they were very understanding of a mistake that was totally mine.
I highly recommend this small business to ANYone! I’ve never had better customer service, and for a less than $20 order of stickers, I was very pleasantly surprised there are still people out there like this.👍

I thought I received the wrong t-shirt. I did not. Bernie was excellent and patient at explaining the situation to me! I buy from Look Human often and have only had to speak to customer service twice. Both times were great. I really owe Bernie a big thank you.

I was looking for a certain shirt. When I described the shirt in the google search engine, this company popped up first. I ordered the exact shirt I wanted. It got to me in record time and did not fit the way I wanted. I emailed the company. Heard right back from them. And instead of making me send the original shirt back, they sent me a new one for free in the next size I wanted to try. Super kind and helpful! Will definitely buy from them again!!!!

OMG!! My family has been proud to wear our “sugar, spice, reproductive rights” sweatshirts everywhere we go, my boyfriend included. We want to spread the message, we need to stand strong. The experience has been so positive that a co-worker asked me to get ones for his grown daughter and wife who are now wearing theirs wherever they go. Besides all of that, the sweatshirts are very high quality. Customer service has been AMAZING! What a company!!!

I was worried about the sizing of a shirt that was a gift for a friend and I was worried it was going to be a hassle to get the Large one returned and the Medium one sent over but the customer service made it so easy. They made me smile every time I read one of their emails, and this was all because I ordered a wrong size. Normally I wouldn’t be smiling at an email about trying to fix it but this email made them feel like a close friend who REALLY cared. Seriously, 10/10 customer service.

BERNIE is an amazing customer service rep! Thank you so much for your patience and understanding. Here's my story: I purchased several pairs of themed socks with a tight timeframe for delivery, knowing that it was going to be a long shot that they arrived in time for the team gifts event for which I needed them. I contacted customer service and Bernie replied very fast to reassure me that should my items not arrive in time that I could arrange a fill refund. And unfortunately, this did come to pass. When I next contacted Bernie I received instructions on how to very easily arrange for the refund and he even allowed me to make a partial refund as we decided to keep three pairs of the socks since we really loved the design and were impressed with the quality. Throughout all of this, I never waited any longer than a day for his clear and patient replies. I absolutely intend to search the LookHUMAN site again for my future needs.

Unfortunately, one of the items I ordered was broken when delivered. I was able to work with a wonderful individual, Bernie, who assisted me with each step of the replacement process. To deal with such a pleasant and understanding person made a bad situation a very positive experience. Many thanks to Bernie. Excellent product. Great customer service.

I am extremely pleased with my recent experience with look human. This is a new company for me. I ordered something by accident. Emailed the website and Bernie are helped me immediately. They were able to stop my order from being shipped and refund me and in its place, I ordered what I wanted what I meant to get in the first place they were courteous. Their emails were prompt.
