Order NEVER received - impossible to contact
Order was sent, then notified it would be delayed, then apparently I received it (which I had not), then I received a refund. To top it off the refund was much less than I paid. Cannot get in touch with this company. I suspect I was ripped off. DO NOT USE THIS ONLINE SITE (LookFantastic).

No options to send as a gift
When I checked out I couldnt say that it was a gift, nowhere to place a message or anything. I want this to be a nicely packed gift as a pamper pack and I didn't have that option either. Otherwise my experience was good. Waiting for the item to be delivered.

Frustrating shopping experience!
Order number 637552894. At the end of November, I placed an order on this website. It’s now December 14th, and two full weeks have passed! I haven’t received anything. I’ve been trying to contact Look Fantastic for nearly 10 days to explain the situation. All they’ve done is ask me to fill out a form to prove I didn’t receive the items, but they haven’t provided any after-sales service. Their efficiency is extremely low, and it’s very difficult to reach them. The shopping experience has been terrible, and I have no idea when I will finally receive my package. They even refuse to issue a refund.
The shopping experience has been awful, and it’s very hard for customers to protect their rights. I can’t believe how bad their after-sales service is. I’m even starting to suspect that they’re engaging in fake shipping practices! I wonder how they would handle such a situation if it happened to their own employees. This is so frustrating!

I've been the incorrect product
I've been the incorrect product, then been advised it's my responsibility and cost to return the products including insurance which considering the box it came in will outway the savings of my initial purchase. It is made as hard as possible for the consumer to return the incorrect goods even though Look Fantastic is responsible for the error. Not good enough and I will be making further reviews as such.

Extremely Disappointed with Product Condition and Lack of Response
I am extremely disappointed with my recent order from Lookfantastic Australia. While the outer packaging was intact, the contents were in a very poor condition. Specifically, the Christophe Robin Delicate Volumising Shampoo with Rose Extracts (250ml) had leaked inside the box, and the bottle itself was extremely dirty. Upon closer inspection, I discovered a hole in the bottle, which I had to clean to notice. Additionally, the bottle's cap had no protective seal, leading me to reasonably suspect that it had been opened previously.
Furthermore, the Christophe Robin Volumising Paste (75ml) also appeared to have been tampered with, as it did not seem to be in its original sealed condition.
I have been a loyal customer of Lookfantastic UK and have always been satisfied with my purchases. This was my first time ordering from Lookfantastic Australia, as I wanted to try different products from the Christophe Robin range, having previously enjoyed the sea salt variant. Unfortunately, this experience has been quite disappointing.
I have already provided feedback on the website, but I have yet to receive a response. This is the first time I have encountered such a lack of responsibility from a seller.

Placed an order on 25th November
Placed an order on 25th November. Haven't received it yet even though courier service is saying it has been delivered on 3rd December. I have requested that a replacement is sent out immediately as my order contains Christmas presents. The latest communication from this company is they are investigating it with courier and I have to wait until 20th December for outcome. Very unhappy customer. Would not recommend .
