Your customer service is second to none…
Your customer service is second to none very helpful the delivery didn't arrive as planned but I think it was the royal mail that was at fault more than the Lookalikey Team, they were fantastic and sent me another delivery so grateful 🙏 for that thanks guys you've made 2 little kids very happy they will love them thankyou so much 😀 x

Hi, I'm sorry to hear you're not happy with your card. We do let you see the finished result as soon as you click faceswap and the lookalikey watermarks appear across the screen, this is so you can check you are happy with the resulting likeness before deciding to purchase it. If you are not happy with it at that point please do not purchase it but upload a different photo of the person and run the swap again.
As the AI does not know the person in the photo you upload it can only work with what is shown to it in that specific photo, so another photo will often replicate a better likeness.
Please do not buy anything you are not happy with when the preview of the final result is shown to you and try a couple of photos to find the one that gives the best likeness of the person you know.

Fantastic customer service
Absolutely fantastic service from this company! When ordering four cards I inadvertently used an out of focus photograph. I was immediately offered a full refund in order for me to re-order the card. Their products are of an exceptionally high-quality with superfast delivery but what stands out more than anything is the absolutely top-class Customer Service. I would have no hesitation in recommended this company.
