My experience is always great with Jim , even though I know I'm sometimes annoying he never seems to mind. He also gets them done very efficiently and quickly. He has a very simple way of uploading everything I don't even have to go there. I've been using him for years and this man really knows is stuff. I would highly recommend his services.

I was in trouble with the IRS mostly due to my being frozen by fear. I was in denial, paralyzed and didn't know where to turn. A steady stream of threatening letters were arriving in the mail and then the IRS garnished my wages. I had to do something.

This man was so rude I did not even get passed a brief phone consult!
In my home my husband handled all bill's and anything to do with money matters. My husband died in a car accident very recently. I had to go through mail and bill's and in doing so found a huge tax debt. I figured i would seek help close to home. I reached out to Long Island tax resolution. He called me back. I began to explain my situation, but apparently I was speaking too much Immediately I noticed his aggitated demeanor and wanting to control the conversation. If I spoke more than 2 to 3 words he was shutting me down. I did not get a good feeling from his abrupt demeanor. But, I was in a desperate situation in just finding out and felt I needed help at the time.so I tried to proceed to see if he did not come off so controlling and maybe we could proceed forward but he only got ruder. I can't believe these raving reviews. In my experience this man was just rude to my situation and I could never hire someone so cold! And no I am.not a client but was looking for help but definitely did not feel comfortable with his disposition.
I gave 1 star only because I would not have been able to proceed with a review so really I give no star!! Horrible!
I just read their false and exaggerated response to cover up what really occurred which was my beginning to inform him of my husband's passing and of the tax problem I found out about. I was in no way what this person referred to as hysterical. I was merely beginning to try and convey my situation. He cut me off when I began to speak and then said he was going to ask a series of questions in which I agreed and said okay. When I gave an answer he felt my saying maybe 5 words was too long and got aggitated. He asked another question in which I responded yes but he did not hear my yes and asked again and I said I will repeat my answer again....yes. He became aggitated and he said we are not going to be able to work together and I agreed and added you are rude then I hung up. That's the real version. My experience was that he was not kind and spoke down to me Unfortunately in life you sometimes are in a situation rhat you need to reach out for help. You are at the mercy of people who know you are at a low in your life and instead of being sensitive they are rude. I do not need to associate with someone like him. I am proud of the way I have handled everything following my husband's sudden passing and will continue to do so and making my two daughter's proud. We will get through without any assistance from abrupt people!!!! 🙏🙏🙏
