the wrong order was sent for 1 blouse and 1 blouse was very small. The blouses were returned to 'Edward' in Feltham by tracked royal mail. this is a scam as I have not received any refund.
Do NOT use this website.

Not just another Chinese scammer but a high risk website as well.
Brought a pair of jeans that didn't have a buttonhole, was offered a 20% refund if I kept the jeans, Said no and that was the last communication.
Please read the review from Scam detector as not only will you lose your money but you will probably get scammed at some point. Anyone writing a positive review is either liar or getting paid to write positive reviews.

Poor communication all round. The delivery took a very long time. They failed to communicate during the delivery process via email or the third party app they were using. They answered no emails asking for an update.
Their return process is via email, but they don't answer emails so there is seemingly no return process.
However, the product was what it said it would be.

I made a purchase and after 10 days waiting it got delivered. Which is fine. The item was not as described, I have emailed the customer service to request a return and had replies straight away asking for pictures.
I was offered a refund of 20% keeping the item, which I didn't agree as I didn't like the item and I didn't want to keep it.
I have emailed the customer service and no one is replying. Its Been 2 weeks I have been ignored and I am coming up the 30 days return window.
Absolutely fuming and not happy with the service.

I just walked in to a scam, don't do the same thing.

This is a Chinese scammer that passes itself off as being an English company offering free postage with Royal Mail.

It's online retail system does not require buyers to authorise payments with their bank.

Once payment has gone through, and ONLY then, it becomes clear that so-called "shipping protection" is "default" and has been added to the cost. It's just theft.

I've sent an email cancelling the order within two minutes of becoming aware of the scam, but it hasn't been acknowledged.

Whether or not the item ordered arrives, and whether or not it's adequate quality, I've been robbed.

Don't make the same mistake.

A CHINESE SCAMMING COMPANY THAT HAS NOT RESPONDED TO SEVERAL OF MY E-MAILS. Initially, I had checked this trader on TrustPilot believing it to be a British trader with a London store. It had a reasonable rating (although since then a lot more bad reviews have appeared.)
Ordered a nice-looking outdoor jacket in a 4XL size (I wear a very heavy, comfortable British-made 3XL). Sadly, I realised too late that the jacket was coming from Hong Kong and my heart sank. When it arrived, the sleeves felt like being shrunk-on and neither end of the jacket would even reached the front of my body!! Not even an XL, but more like a Small size.
'LondonRd' has NOT replied to several e-mails so I am returning the jacket to 'Edward' at a unit in Feltham, London (apparently returns are supposed to go back to the Far East at the purchasers' expense!! Seemingly a common trick these days particularly from Chinese traders). I have given the trader a deadline but if I hear nothing further, I will send copies of my e-mails, together with copies of my TrustPilot reviews, for a refund via AMEX chargeback.
WARNING! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS MOST DISHONEST TRADER.

After waiting like forever to get my order, when it finally arrived, it looked nothing like the images shown in their website. Cheap material and wrong colour. After sending several messages for a return and refund, so far no communication at all from them. An expensive item and big disappointment to say the least. Not recommended.

This company is an absolute scam- I ordered what was described as fine wool jerseys and after a month to be delivered, I received complete rubbish!!- 100% polyester!!

I have tried to contact them 3 times for a full refund -without response!!

I was looking for a particular product and considered buying from this shop. I was sceptical based on the feel of the site but it claimed to have a 4.7 rating on Trust Pilot from 19,013 reviews.

When I looked it up on Trust Pilot on 06/04/2026 it actually had 3.2 based on 49 reviews.

This website lies.

Another scam company. One of multiple faces for the same scamming operators.
Every site they manage have all the same tools, layouts and shocking service providing horrendous quality products, not even close to as described with no chance of getting a replacement or refund.

Do not be fooled by a slick AI generated site and employing a simple well known payment system. All very easy to do these days. Fortunately, for now they are easy to spot and are all very similar.

The real challenge is to provide good quality items supplying products as described for a fair price. Then, provide a good level of customer service to back it up. You're clearly not going to get that at these prices. Stick to your trusted retailers and you'll receive items you want or can return. You'll get neither from these sites.

Do not buy from this seller. The website suggests it has a 4.75 Trustpilot rating, not 3.3. They are impossible to contact. Goods took weeks to arrive. Far too small. Poor quality and overpriced. Impossible to contact to arrange a return despite numerous emails and no phone number.

Took ages to arrive, fit and quality of the shirts I ordered is awful. They were not cheap either. Been trying to return the items but there is absolutely no response from the company to any requests.

Terrible!! Do not use. When my item FINALLY arrived from China, it was too small so I followed the return instructions provided on the web site to start a return. 1 week later and I have still not received a reply. I seriously doubt I ever will so I have had to put it up on vinted in the hope of recovering a fraction of the cost back. There is no contact phone number. Very expensive product for a low quality item. AVOID!!!

Absolutely awful, I ordered a air con unit. It took weeks to arrive and when it did it was really poor quality and tiny. Not what it looked like on the website at all. I have emailed several times about getting a refund and got no response. I am going to try and get the money back from my bank. But I highly suspect this is a scam company and I can only imagine the positive reviews are from their friends.

Very disappointing. Everything looks great on website and great prices. Chose a short smart jacket size medium. I am not a large person 12 -14 usually fits me well. I could not even do this jacket up. I asked for a refund, I was told I could keep the jacket and choose something else. I just wanted a refund. I asked for the return address, I was not given it, so sent it to the “return” address on outside of the parcel I received,
I sent it with tracking. When I said it had arrived I was told I had sent it to the wrong address and should have sent to the return address in China! I am told I can get a 25% refund. This a warning. Sizing all wrong and hopeless customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, these are shein quality clothes but about 5 times the price. Please do not waste your money on these clothes, extremely poor quality, you have no way of sending them back, I have emailed them loads of times, the only email I got back was to offer me 20 % off the sham of a coat I ordered, I told them I would accept 50% and would wear as a houseboat, believe me that is all would be any good for, absolutely nothing like the photo, I ordered for a funeral but absolutely no good at all, it would put photos but reviews not able to, avoid wasting your money

I tried to cancel my order within 5 minutes with no luck . No communication from the company, ignoring all my emails .
The name gives you the impression that it's British. It's not . Everything from China . Took 2 weeks to get here .
I ordered a shower caddy £30 it's absolute rubbish . I don't think it will last plus it's supposed to be rust proof. I doubt it . The bottom of the tray is very sharp .
It will probably go in the bin
