Very dangerous product, resulted in my eyebrows falling off and an extreme burn. No accountability taken from their end. DO NOT RISK YOUR EYEBROWS.

We’re sorry to read your review. When you first contacted us in May, we offered a full refund once the product was returned so we could investigate. The kit was not returned and later confirmed as being used since contacting us about your complaint (the kit had three treatment packs). This meant we were unable to carry out the necessary checks.
As the unused products and accessories were declined for return by you and used instead, we were unable to assist further in this case.
Our products are safely used by thousands of salons and customers worldwide, and no formulation issues have been identified. We always aim to resolve concerns fairly and remain committed to customer safety and support.

Quick service, quality products
My order came within a couple of days. I ordered the mini wax heater and some accessories, heater it's so cute, heats up quickly and the wax pellets melt quickly. Having used it several times its ideal for heating small amounts of wax for face and brows. Good quality products, will definitely place future orders
