London Books Publisher Omdömen

Right from the beginning I felt confident that I was in safe hands with London Book Publisher. They’re consummate professionals who went beyond my expectations in the service and support they offered. Everyone I dealt with showed real understanding and patience. Jenika was my main point of contact and she is outstanding, truly, but I want to emphasise that everyone I spoke to showed real concern, both for my worries as a writer and for my needs as their customer.
And as for the standard of work they produced in the proofreading, typesetting and presentation of both the text and the cover, it was all top quality and they patiently took account of my many mistakes and my frequent changes of mind, so that in the end I have something now which I can feel really proud of. So, my sincere gratitude to everyone at London Book Publisher for the experience and for my book– and anyone listening who’s looking for a publisher now, I recommend London Book Publisher withhout reservation.

From my first enquiry to the moment my book was published, London Books Publisher delivered a level of professionalism and care that genuinely exceeded my expectations.

What stood out immediately was the speed and clarity of their communication. Every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, and I never felt left guessing about timelines, next steps, or decisions. The process was structured, transparent, and well managed, which gave me real confidence at each stage.

More importantly, the team treated my book as something meaningful, not as a routine task. They took the time to understand my ideas, listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve, and made sure the final outcome reflected my vision. That kind of attention is rare, and it made the entire experience feel personal as well as professional.

I also want to specifically recognise Damien Shores, the project manager. Damien was exceptional throughout. He was consistently patient, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything ran smoothly. His guidance and steady support removed a great deal of stress from the publishing process, and his communication made it easy to move forward with confidence.

If you are looking for a publishing partner that combines efficiency, quality, and real respect for authors, I would recommend London Books Publisher without hesitation. They set a high standard, and I am truly grateful for the experience.

I was really impressed with how quick and clear the communication was. The team genuinely cared about my ideas and my book never felt like just another project. Damien Shores, the project manager, was amazing, always patient, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend them enough!

My poetry book came out beautifully. The quality of the print, the paper, and even the font choice were done with such care. I will definitely return for my next collection.

From finalising my manuscript to preparing it for print and designing the cover, Damien Shores showed unwavering commitment and exceptional support every step of the way.
