Had seen this brand advertised a lot and loved it so I ordered for my holiday via next day delivery which was £7.50 but it never arrived in time, when I returned I realised only one item fit and emailed straight away so that I could return the items and repurchase the ones I liked for a different size. The time frame was right and because I didn’t receive and email back quite in time they told me my that I was out of the time frame and I couldn’t return. I think due to the circumstances and some mistake on their behalf a couple of days should have been accepted for this and I was going to repurchase anyway but now they have an unhappy customer who won’t purchase from them again and leaving a bad review

ABSOLUTE LIES OF A REPLY
Bought a skirt yesterday morning at 8.50am, paid for next day delivery which was £7.50. Still had no dispatched email and now concerned it won't arrive on time and emails take 48 hours to reply, which is no good when I needed the skirt for today, hence the £7.50 I paid for delivery, hopefully they will see this if my email won't be read until Sunday, which is no good for a service I paid for yesterday 😢. Update its now 4 days since I paid for next day delivery, still no response or skirt!
UPDATE 29/9/25.
UTTER LIES of a reply, the skirt was not sent on Thursday morning as it should have been, you didn't dispatch the skirt until Friday afternoon, it was meant to arrive Friday, so first lie. Also everi have never attempted delivery 2nd lie, evri didn't even receive the parcel until Saturday, I have all the tracking updates to prove this,took screenshots via the evri tracking ro prove this, along with any emails sent from you. I have also tried to email you twice and had no response so how do you suggest we solve this when you don't contact me back. Please get in touch with me, as you have ignored all contact I have sent, and only replied on here with a generic response of utter lies. I don't even know how you have my order details Ias I've never gave them until now. Order number L#27932. Please get in touch with me.

items returned 11th August now 29th and no refund, despite am email to say items received and refund will be processed sent 3 more emails NO response at all! Have raised a dispute very dissapointing i thought this was a genuine seller i liked their clothing but would not buy again!

All returns are processed within 10 working days of being received, so if you returned your order on 11th August, this would normally have been refunded by now. Please do send us an email with your order number, and we’ll be able to help you straight away.
We always do our best for our customers and would love the chance to resolve this for you properly.

We have tried replying to you via email but wanted to reply on here also - We completely understand when customers are frustrated, especially when things aren’t as fast as expected, but your email was sent and we replied in less than 48 hours with the returns address which is the time we reply to ALL customer service emails in.
We’re a small, family-run business doing our absolute best to grow and at the same time speed up our response times, cutting them from 48 hours to 24 🥹
We care so much about every customer and just want you to know we’re trying really hard but we doo reply to ALL emails within 48 hours.

Remarkable Customer Service
Despite loving everything I ordered, 1x item didn’t fit me quite right so sadly had to make a return. I mistakenly sent my parcel to the wrong address, however the customer service was truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to find it for me (even taking a 20 minute car ride!) and process a refund. I don’t think I’ve experienced customer care quite like it, particularly as it was my fault. I will absolutely buy from Lola Rae again, not only because I love the clothing but due to the amazing service provided. X

I have not received my parcel and Evri…
I have not received my parcel and Evri has contacted me saying it went missing. I’ve tried contacting Lola Rae twice, but I haven’t received a response. I’ve read many negative reviews about missing parcels and refunds not being issued, so I should have listened to those reviews!

Had really high hopes for this brand but really disappointed :(
I saw an outfit on someone else I absolutely loved for my holiday. I ordered the trousers only by accident not realising I hadn’t added both top & trousers so quickly ordered the top on next day delivery a few days later when I noticed. The top arrived asap but my trousers are still not here and I go away in a few days. It says 3-5 working days to come but it’s now been over 2 weeks and it hasn’t even been dispatched. Been trying to contact the company via email, contact form and social media and absolutely no one is responding to me. Really sad as this would have been such a lovely set for my trip & now I’ll probably have to take it further to get my money back.
