Communication was brilliant, as was the whole transaction. We were able to arrange delivery taking account of our special access requirements, including a smaller delivery vehicle. Very pleased with the quality of the logs. Thoroughly recommend and will use again.

Excellent product, delivered promptly and well packaged so I could unpack at my leisure without wood getting wet or damaged. The pallet was delivered carefully onto my drive.

Great logs we bought the same last year…
Great logs we bought the same last year very dry and burnt well.
So many logs packed into the large crate.
We are now well stocked up for next winter.

Reliable, quality product and service.
Reliable, quality service. Logs are well packaged against the weather, meaning that there is no rush to get them into storage if weather is inclement. Delivered on an eco pallet, ideal for kindling. Really consistent burn from the logs too. Will be ordering again soon.
