First time having to hire someone to create a web design and logo, at first was challenging yet Barry stepped in with his team and guaranteed my service. I give 4 stars bc communication could be better & can never reach anyone in office. Overall, LOGO VENT is doing their part working with me!

The review title is an understatement. I rec'd a partial refund after having to do some arm twisting. My initial request was for a web designer/developer to assist in standing up a Wordpress site I had already provisioned and secured a domain name for. I gave them very specific requirements in advance. They don't seem to be equipped to do that type of work.

LogoVent may be fine at cranking out a cookie cutter web site - as a standard package sort of thing - but they utterly ignored my detailed requirements, so I cancelled before any work was done. They claimed to have invested time and gave me runaround about transaction fees, etc. What they said was owed for 'cancellation' was totally out of bounds. Claims of money back, satisfaction guaranteed....? Not true.

What they proposed to me could easily be DIY using Wix or something similar. That's not what I asked for.

Communications was choppy and in a few cases was quite obviously coming from someone whose primary language is not English. Calls and email were always late in the day which suggests they are in a non-US time zone. I don't mind work being done offshore, provided that the communication is good and the quality of the work up to par.

I got the impression that the people responding to me were not using their real name and in some cases were the same person using different email addresses. Kind of obvious, actually.

Basically, I lost money and got nothing. Shame on me for being too busy to read reviews before agreeing to proceed with any vendor. Lesson learned.

I used one of Logo vent customizable templates to design a logo for my company. The design tool was very easy to use and had a lot of features that the competitors do not have.

Jessica helped me out and she was very patient and answered my many questions.

The price was great and I received my logo in less than 24 hours. I was very impressed with their service and I will definitely use them for future business needs.

My experience working with them was great. You definitely get your money’s worth with the designs they do do and the customer service is really great they actually care about your experience working with them and design. I don’t think I know everyone I worked with to complete my process but I have to give thanks to Sean Stanwyck & Connor Styles you guys are great. Keep up the good work.

If you're like me and read reviews to ascertain whether or not a product or service is for you, let me tell you this: Logo Vent far exceeded my expectations. At first glance it's obvious their creativity and designs are national brand level, and they deliver. But what really sets them apart is their professionalism and process from start to finish.
Jason, Daniel and Oliver are always quick to respond, understand your ideas and produce as promised. If attention to detail, communication and customer service is paramount to you, Logo Vent is a must pick.

I had a short time frame and an idea. Daniel and Oliver took my idea and turned it into a life long memory for my daughter and son-in-law. Logo Vent was able to create a custom whiskey bottle label for my daughter’s wedding. We bottled a custom blend of whiskey and hand labeled every bottle. The bottles were given out to the adult guests at the wedding. Everyone was so impressed. Thank you Oliver and Daniel for helping make my daughter’s wedding even more special.

This company is responsible to bring my dream e-commerce into reality. even though we have lots of arguments during the process of my project but we still find way to resolve the regrets between two party and decide witch solutions it works for us. they will not stop working until they Meet my satisfaction on the said project. your idea they turn it into reality. danial help me a lot on my project.

I think that Logovent is a good company to get your logos done but the second time I used them I was not very happy at all.
I paid Logovent $50 to do neck labels for my t-shirts.
Ryan was the project manager and I sent him a message about what I wanted my neck labels to say.
He said okay that he could do it and that he would later send me the drafts.
He emailed me the drafts and immediately sent him a message letting him know that I did not like the designs.
I got no response to my email and so I sent him a text message.
All my emails and text messages were unanswered.
So I sent him text message letting him know that I wanted a refund since he was not answering my message.
I got so fed up that I went on bark to look for another company to do my neck labels.
I contacted several companies but they told me that they were unable to accept my project.
The only company that responded that they could do my neck labels was logovent.
I was really surprised because I had already paid $50 for them to do my neck labels.
If they were a serious company they would have known but nonetheless they offered to do my neck labels for $20.
I thought that was a rip-off because I had paid $50 but now they wanted to do it for less.
Anyway I ignored them but a few minutes later I received a call from Jason letting me know that logovent was interested in doing my neck labels.
I told him that Ryan was supposed to be working on my neck labels but I was not getting any response from him.
Not long after I was done talking with Jason another person from logovent called and said that they were interested in doing my necklabels.
I told that person that I already spoke to Jason and that I was really angry.
The person told me that a manager was going to called me within 10 minutes to resolve my issues.
Within a few minutes Aaron called me letting me know that Ryan got into a serious accident so that's why he was not responding to my messages.
I did not believe what he was saying but he reassured me that he was going to to my neck labels.
He told me that Ryan has several different clients and that he was taking over for Ryan.
A few days after my phone call with Aaron I received the same labels that Ryan did for me.
I was so angry because he did not bother to do new labels for me.
The same day I received the email with the labels I sent a message to Aaron letting him know that I did not like them.
I have not heard from him since.
I even emailed Jason letting him know that I wanted a refund but I have not heard from him too.
Out of frustration I emailed Aaron again asking him if he had received the message that I sent him and I again demanded a refund.
I still not have not heard from Jason or Aaron.
Since logovent has ghosted me I dipusted the charges with my credit card company and they will refund my money.
Logovent is so unprofessional that I do not recommend anyone hire them for their business needs.

Affordable, reliable, easy to work with this company, and they have done a beautiful work !!!!

Connor Styles You are the best! You help me and walked me through on what I need and guide me, and best of all you understood my pain, and frustration I was going! You got some much tolerance and patient with me! God bless you!! You are so professional and tremendous human being! I know you are not in this company just for the money!! Thank you so so much!!!!
