2 shirts
I ordered 2 shirts with an embroidered logo. The shirts required an approval for the artwork. Several emails were sent to me requesting my approval. However, I never got the emails. Then they started calling. We finally connected and figured out that there was something wrong with the link. They were persistent in connecting to me to finish my order. The shirts came out just as I expected. Thank you for your persistence.

The embroidery of my logo is clean and…
The embroidery of my logo is clean and precise. I have used another company in the past that could never get an accurate embroidery, and could never get the color correct. Lego Shirts Direct were able to match my color perfectly. They have more than exceeded my expectations.

Friendly and Accommodating
I was in a very crunched time frame to find jackets for my team. Logoshirtsdirect had excellent customer service and response times. I am grateful for Sam and Joel who helped to coordinate the jacket embroidery and express shipping to meet my deadline. The quality of the jackets and embroidery were fantastic. Would definitely go back for future projects!!

Custom embroidery is of very low quality
Ordered custom embroidered shirts to represent my business but unfortunately the embroidery is of very low quality. I don't know what else to say, it's just BAD. Have similar shirts from a competitior and it's night and day difference for my embroidered logo. Should have spent more money and ordered from the previous company. I will not be ordering from this company again nor can I recommend logoshirtsdirect.
