Logo Genies Omdömen

They did a nice job with the logo (albeit MUCH slower than advertised) BUT they are NOT to be trusted. They made an additional charge (more than the original contract price) to my credit card and I have been trying to get a refund (that they have admitted they should send me) for more than 5 months! The names seem fake, they leave you on hold for as long as you'll sit there and are shameless in their efforts to avoid resolving this matter. Take your business elsewhere. It's a shame, because they have some talented staff, they are just hustlers and a nightmare to do business with.

Jay Anderson and

I placed an order on August 17th. I purchased the Business Plan for $199, which provides a package of several items. No sooner than I placed the order, I started receiving calls to sell me on more services. It is now September 5th and I still don’t have a finalized logo, much less the other items promised in the package. I had to ask for a receipt after I paid for my package…this is not standard business procedure. I did receive the initial selection of logos and chose one I liked. When I told them I did not wish to not purchase the $450 trademark service, things fell apart. Since then I have sent numerous emails to the company, placed several phone calls and I can’t seem to get my “project manager” to respond in a way that moves the project along. When I’ve asked to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge, they lead me back to the unresponsive project manager. My only hope now is that someone will read this review and respond. At this point I cannot recommend Logo Genies.

Great Job, thanks for working with me to get the site going.

If you're starting a new business or upgrading an existing site, I strongly recommend using Logogenies. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to producing a high quality product. Jay Anderson, George, Bruce and Alan Murphy all worked very hard to create my site. They were always available to answer questions, make improvements, and provide guidance. Even after the site was completed, they continued to offer unsolicited assistance. Thank you all for your hard work and patience.

My idea transformed into a great logo. Thanks!

I can say Mr. Jay has been excellent on providing my start up business with a well detailed website and colorful logo. I definitely recommend his services

I had an awesome experience working with Jay Anderson, Mr George and Mr. Alan. This experience will not have been possible without the introduction from Richard Daniels. I love the process of the website and the logo design. Thanks for everyone that took part in this experience with me. It's been an honor.

Jay did beautiful work. I already have a website. I just needed a new design. He is a pleasure to work with. He is very kind and has wonderful creativity. Now I am ready to apply his creativity to my website. I really like him and his creation.

The finished product looks fantastic. Very happy with how it looked. No revisions were needed. Rita and Tom looked out for me during the whole process. And I was not easy to deal with. Kudos on a great service!

Order with Complete Confidence! The logo was perfect and working with Jay Anderson was a pleasure. He went out of his way to ensure that the Logo was fully satisfactory and made numerous changes on my behalf

My girlfriend is an art director, and she suggested that I reach out to LogoGenie to create an animated logo. The price - $150, didn't hurt either. The person assigned to my project is Victoria Johnson - and you need to know that she's been a terrific representative of your company and your service. We were able to get to a final version in only a few quick rounds. She's a great asset to your company :)

Jay Anderson and George Clapton done a great job. Very responsive.

Thank you Jay Anderson for all your hard work

Jay Anderson is responsible and hard working. He is great at follow up. I’m enjoying working with Jay. I know we have more to do, but I’m confident Jay and I will finish the project successfully.

Logo Genies made it simple for me to design and register for trademarks. When minor challenges presented, my contact, Amanda Miller did a great job sorting through them, and communicating strategies throughout the process. Highly recommended.

Jay Anderson and George Clapton are professionals at what they do and are transparent when it comes to the bottom line. You know exactly what your getting and what it will cost you. If there is any question as to what, when, why, or how they will answer all texts or calls and make sure you have your answer. I will work with them again.

Amazing job/value from logogenies, spearheaded by Jay Anderson and his boss George Clapton. I got exactly what I wanted, and the logo looks terrific-professional, compelling, unusual! Will heartily recommend (and to a client I'm working with right now!)
