Recently we experienced an inoperability issue with our website, causing a major disruption in our social media presence. When I reached out to LogoBench, I was informed that the new project manager was Joanna David. From the offset, she established her presence as a knowledgeable, polite and results oriented professional who was committed to the highest level of customer satisfaction. Building a relationship of trust, she was quickly on top of our problem. Over the pursuing weeks, she addressed the root cause of the problem(s), kept me informed of the ongoing work status until the website was fully restored. Joanna's customer focus exceeded my expectations, which we our truly grateful for a job well done!

I really have to say that the customer support, the calling when something needed edited and the fact that they actually follow up with their custom makes this a great company to work with. They will provide you with a logo that fits your needs and wants.

I have to say Logobench did really good job on my projects. I’m glad I decided to work with Logbench. Their work on my logo and website has made a significant different to my business. I explained very clearly what I wanted from them in advance of paying them. They took my money, wasted a lot of my time with very poor clip art bearing no resemblance to my requirements. We spent weeks in back and forth communication where I tried to explain exactly what I wanted with inspiration photos to illustrate. When I eventually gave up due to time constraints I asked for a refund they told me they would give me one, but I have not received the money almost a month later.

We received a deceptive email telling us we needed to contact them ASAP due to a security threat on our site or else something would happen on our site. They do not host our site. In fact we only used them once for a very unsatisfactory logo. The wording and nature of the communication was deceptive and not reflective of a company that we will even be associated with again.

WARNING - Logobench (which is also LogoJeeves) are scammers. I have been trying to get a refund from them for over 6 months now for poor work and they keep saying the refund is "in process". They are liars and cheats and if at all possible I would like to somehow put them out of business. Their "positive" reviews are obviously fabricated. DO NOT give them any money... they will take it and run.

I have been waiting for my refund since December 2016. They still owe me $3,250. If you have not received the service or product you purchased make a complaint to your local police and FBI. What this company is doing is fraud.

Be careful this site is a scam, if you receive any logo they will provide with logos bought from the internet and when question it they will stop interacting with you. They will also not give you your money back at any stage and do not give you the final product. Stay away. You will talk to Jay, Jason or Mark the same people all the times

Buyer beware. In addition to using copyrighted material. They do not honor the 100% money back guarantee. Also logo bench is the same company as logo jeeves and several other logo websites.

Logo Bench customers BEWARE of this company. The company seems to change employees every week. They have a F rating on BBB Better Business Bureau. Do your homework consumers before you decide to use this company. I have been trying to get a refund from them for 4 months now still and not product or services has been delivered to me. These guys don't deserve to call themselves logo designers, or even a business. The stuff they turn out is so amateur, it's laughable -- nothing like their portfolio logos -- nowhere near that level of design. They don't speak very good English, and they don't even seem to understand basic feedback. I wouldn't be surprised if they have their ESL staff farm out their jobs to a crowd sourcing for half what they charge. After awhile, they tried to tell me I bought a different/lower package than I bought, and I realized they never gave me any receipt indicating what package I DID buy! They stopped returning my emails and calls and I finally had to basically give up on them. I'd say "you get what you pay for" but in this case, you don't even get that.
