I recently ordered supplies from Logiscenter, and I'm thrilled with the service! The website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found the items I needed. The checkout process was smooth, and the delivery was prompt. The customer support team was incredibly helpful and called me as soon they recieved my order to confirm the part numbers and check if i needed anything else and confirm my shipping address. I highly recommend them!

Logiscenter is one of our most trusted suppliers, they are always accessible, quick to reply with lead times and quotes and even quicker to deliver (with tracking).

They are a key part of our hardware delivery operations.

I ordered some scanners for our computers at work, but the ones I bought would not work with our software. I requested to return the scanners for a refund and Logiscenter agreed to my request and sent me an address label to return the scanners to SPAIN! I spent over £70 with Royal Mail and a few weeks later the scanners came back from Spain, unopened. I contacted Logiscenter and they emailed me with a total refusal to accept the unused and unopened scanners as returned items.
AVOID this company as they do not do what they say they will do. Now I have £380 worth of scanners I cannot use and Logiscenter have refused to accept them back, or provide a refund. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE :-(

11 March 2025 - Response to Logiscenter Reply:
1. Logiscenter's Senior Account Manager Qasim Khan emailed me on 16 Jan 2025 at 10:17 and said, "I regret to inform you that our customer service team will not be accepting these items."
So how should I interpret "at no point did we refuse to accept your return"?
2. "We made every effort to accommodate your request." No you did not!
In October 2024 (14 days after my initial purchase of the scanners) Logiscenter sent me a return address label to an address in Spain, for me to send the scanners back. I sent the box of scanners, as instructed, via Royal Mail on 1 Nov 2024 at a personal cost of £76.02 and the unopened box was returned to me on 23 Dec 2024.
Although I have asked by email on 16 Jan 2025 and 31 Jan 2025 to return the box of scanners again, I have only received ONE email on 20 Feb 2025 advising me to send the box of scanners back to the same address again in Spain - Not really "made every effort to accommodate my request", is it?
3. Finally Logiscenter's reply says, "If there is anything else we can do to assist you, please let us know." - I did let you know what I wanted (a return of the scanners for a refund) in my previous emails of 23 Dec 2024 and 15 Jan 2025 and 31 Jan 2025 and 20 Feb 2025 and the ONLY response has been your email of 20 Feb 2025 when you asked me to send the box of scanners to Spain again! AT MY COST Again!
4. I will be emailing Logiscenter AGAIN about this, but I do not hold out much hope they will help.
However, I will gladly leave another, perhaps positive, review IF Logsicenter are able to assist me.
