Excellent estate agents. Very helpful and kept me up to date with the process of the sale of my property even through these uncertain times. I recently (June 2021) purchased a flat in Waterloo Merseyside. The sale was being handled by Logic. Ethan is with us from the time we start applying until we get the keys. He is kind, friendly, patient and professional in answering our questions. At the same time, he is very diligent, whenever he will update us with the latest news, this communication skills and sense of responsibility is amazing. Me and my boyfriend have been living within student lettings for the past three years and we have now moved on to independent lettings for the first time. I was letting a property and there were a few hiccups due to the landlord living away. Ethan was super helpful and kept me up to date with the process. Just rented a property which was marketed by Logic. The property consultant we dealt with was Ethan Todd.
