Been waiting now almost 1 month on my withdraw. I contacted them multiple times on the LiveChat. I keep getting back the same response

From what I can see now, your withdrawal is currently being processed. While occasional delays may occur, I want to assure you that everything is proceeding as expected. You will be notified via your profile once the process is complete. I thank you for your understanding and patience.

I still waiting I will keep updated here ones I receive my withdraw.

Avevo un saldo di 930 e, mentre stavo giocando a Ocean Hunter, il gioco si è improvvisamente bloccato con un errore di connessione di rete fermo all'8%.
Ogni volta che provavo ad accedere nuovamente, il sistema mi disconnetteva automaticamente e il mio saldo continuava a diminuire fino a sparire completamente.
Quando ho contattato il loro supporto, hanno completamente sminuito il problema, mi hanno dato scuse assurde, hanno preso la situazione sotto gamba e hanno cercato di prendere tempo con risposte automatiche e inutili, rifiutandosi di ripristinare i miei soldi.
Prendono i tuoi soldi e usano scuse su presunti guasti tecnici per rubarli. State alla larga da questo casinò e non depositate nemmeno un centesimo qui! Ho screenshot e prove chat del loro comportamento disonesto.

Das war ein Dienstag. Mittlerweile haben wir den 31.8. Montag Mittag und nach Anfrage im life Chat das übliche.... Mach dir keine Sorgen dein Geld ist bei uns sicher.........bla,bla,bla . (Sicherer ist es auf meinem Konto) Nach erneuter Anfrage hieß es meine Anfrage, Beschwerde per Email senden an den Support wo es innerhalb von 10 Tagen bearbeitet wird. Ganz toll , also werde ich in Zukunft auch hier einen großen Bogen um das Casino machen. Echt schade das es immer wieder zu diesen Vorfällen kommt. Vg Torben

10/10 experience with Loftly. They were great from start to finish. Allowed us to personalise our bed design and they worked around us to find a delivery date that worked. The team were communicative, helpful and really lovely to deal with. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying a bed I hadn’t seen in person but Mark was amazing from the start and showed me photos of previous beds they had sold. He was accommodating with when I needed the bed and was great through the whole process, from sending fabric samples to delivery to Edinburgh. I looked on line for months for an out of the ordinary bed something special rather than just an ordinary for want of a better divan . I came to a website on instagram. The was a very good choice and I thought something special was to good to be true . After making an initial enquiry with their advisor Lucy I made the challenge to build a bed to my liking her experience was second to non unbelievably helpful . I left the order with her whilst I was on holiday on my return I had a message advising delivery and installing . The guys who came with the bed to install it were smart. Polite and very knowledgeable

A great experience with Loftly Homes- I purchased a TV Bed through them, the communication was fantastic and the team were very helpful with recommendations and giving me options within my budget. I’m in love with my Avery bed I purchased from lofty home, it comes exactly as the pictures displayed, the quality is top notch and it immediately gives my bedroom a luxury look. They listened to details and added the little specification I wanted, delivery was quiet on time and We were able to set up the bed ourselves with the instructions it came with. I’d say this is a good buy, and I’d definitely recommend.
