Suspicious Minds
A review invitation was given by Lodging World after making an enquiry about availability of Artists studio in mavrikiano (near Elounda) Crete. So here is my review.
I was told the accommodation stated was available from 8 August. That information is incorrect,indeed random searches for availability well into 2023 gave no availability results.

Great site to book holidays in the U.K. and abroad. There are always great deals available and the customer service is very good. Also, easy to navigate. Would defo recommend and use it again.

I always book with lodging world as I always manage to get a good deal on hotels, I travel a lot. So easy to use their website & whenever I need to cancel the hotel I never have any trouble with it. Recently, I booked Raffles in Warsaw & got such a good deal, good price for the whole stay plus free breakfasts. Recommend to anyone.

Zero rating would be more appropriate
Zero rating would be more appropriate. They are connected to B.com. We came off b.com but have seen our property advertised on this site with ridiculously low rate and incorrect info. Reviews mentioned are b.com reviews but again false amount of reviews. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.

Lodging World is a fake site, it is displaying my property and has no right to do so as we never listed with them.

I do not know what gives you the right to pick accommodation from booking.com adverts and then present them on your website? Please explain.

The property advertised is not on their rental program
AS reported by others, this is a fake site!!!!!!!!!!!! They are advertising my unit in Florida, no way of contacting them to remove it. They entice you with photos from great properties, but then book you into other units. I have failed to get them to remove my unit, they are like the fake robo calls.

They are listing my Airbnb main picture & all other pics & information is FAKE! I have tried to call Australia contact number but cant use without a booking number & no other source of communication. Facebook reviews are dodgy/fake all being in similar type reviews language and entered around same dates. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. Am reporting to Aust Gov Scam watch!

The phone numbers are for people who need customer service after making a booking only. Most hotel stock is booking.com hotel stock for which content is taken care of by them. There are time lags to remove redundant hotel stock at our end which may show outdated or inaccurate information which has changed in the meantime. No closed hotels are bookable and are removed ASAP. Please reach out to us via Facebook, Instagram or twitter and we can look into your accommodation listing and remove you that way, if the listing remains.
FALSE ADVERTISING! DON'T TOUCH THEM!!
This website is advertising my business without my permission. It has used one of my photos and some site details but most of it is just made up! We have yurts NOT hotel rooms pictured and we do not have a bar! The claim of 46 verified reviews is fake. I have tried to contact the company but the phone number has an answer message stating they are Booking.com and you need a reference number and pin code to speak to them. STAY AWAY!!!!

So I give you a one star rating and it takes over three months to reply - says it all really.
The lodging world.com entry for Glendevon bed and breakfast in Sidmouth is not a true representation - the reviews must be over 5 years old as they were for the previous owners and the new owners do not have any dealings with them. Check out Trip Advisor instead. If you try to book it says we have no availability and offers alternatives.

Mis-representation!
The Lodging World entry for Yr Hafod Guest House in Aberystwyth has been mis-represented by using photos of a different hotel. The only genuine photo is of the dining room!

A great site, I use it all the time now, very easy to use, I have never had a problem booking a hotel or B&B in the UK or abroad.

Great service and great price
I booked a holiday but had by accident chosen the wrong room type and the customer services were excellent on the phone and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. The rest of the process was easy and had the lowest prices of anywhere else we searched. I’d definitely use them next time and recommend them to everyone.
