As the HSE sets pay rates based on years of experience within public hospitals, we follow their national salary structure. It’s lovely. I love the fact that you can choose your own schedule. It put less pressure on you. It’s really helpful as I m a full time student. The app is so easy to understand and I also love the fact that you can choose the days when you can be paid
