Booked using the app and was nervous because the price was a lot cheaper than I was expecting - especially 5* hotel. Anyway it was an easy to use experience and saved some cash. The team were so helpful when the hotel charged my card twice they organized everything for me and spoke to the hotel on my behalf and sorted it all out. Really pleased and will use again.

Booked about 15 times in different parts of the world and gained 28% on average. Check-in, stay and support service were always top-notch. Have been using their platform for my last couple of holidays. Same room, except (much) lower price. We only once experienced a problem in not receiving the room we booked, but this was sorted out directly because of the great customer service. We were given the option for a free upgrade or a refund. And it wasn’t even really their fault. So absolutely the go to place in booking hotels all around the world!

Etant moi-même professionnel de l'hébergement de tourisme, j'ai vu la montée des plateformes de réservation, puis l'inévitable augmentation de la part de commissions qu'elle prélèvent. Locktrip propose tout simplement de faire disparaitre ce type d'intermédiaire et donc leurs énormes commissions (c'est souvent >20% même si vous n'en avez pas l'impression) en remettant les voyageurs directement face aux offres.
Le concept est très intéressant et il gagnerait à se généraliser dans la profession, de plus l'architecture est distribuée et le modèle complètement différent, ce qui fait disparaitre la situation de monopole en tant que force de vente incontournable d'acteurs comme bookings/airbnb.. par ex.
N'hésitez pas à vous renseigner, vous verrez que la solution au problème des abus de position dominante et des commissions entendues a déjà une solution technique.
