Looks nice, but locksmith was unable to program, even the dealership could only get the key to work, remote is unusable. :/ At least I can drive the car i guess...

It was easy to find what I was looking for, and it arrived very quickly.

The website was very easy to use and navigate. I was able to make my purchase easily. The remotes were exactly what I was looking for and worked perfectly.

Terrible customer service. The person I spoke to was rude, unprofessional, and talked to me like I owed them something. No respect at all. Instead of helping, they acted annoyed and arrogant. Definitely not how you treat a paying customer. I would not recommend this locksmith to anyone.

I’m extremely disappointed with this company’s customer service and overall experience. From the beginning, communication was terrible. It took forever to get any updates, and when I finally did, the responses were vague and unhelpful.

The keys I received did not work at all, which is unacceptable, especially after waiting so long. On top of that, the delivery was very late, well beyond the promised timeframe. No one reached out to explain the delay, apologize, or offer a solution. I had to keep following up myself, which felt like a waste of time and energy.

When I contacted customer service to report the issue with the keys, they were dismissive and showed no urgency to fix the problem. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept giving excuses and pushing the issue around. There was no sense of professionalism or care for the customer.

I paid expecting working keys and reasonable service, but what I got was frustration, delays, and a product that doesn’t even function. This experience cost me time and inconvenience, and I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable service or quality products.

Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I was given false information multiple times about delivery dates, and instead of being honest, they kept pushing every day with excuses. The constant pressure and lack of transparency made the experience stressful. I would not recommend dealing with a company that can’t be truthful.

After speaking to the owner, the employee had no authority to deny my return and turns out they have a good return policy. I was given a full refund.

I got my order

Had a bit of a bad experience at first, but was contacted by Mauricio. He made everything right. Will be looking forward to working more this locksmith keyless.

I specifically called Locksmith Keyless on 12/1/2025 at 11:09AM at (305)629-9599 and spoke to a lady representative asking if the Xhorse VVDI Key Tool MAX PRO Remote Generator would be suitable to add key to 2025 Toyota 4Runner and she told me yes and to order it online which I did.
Now you tell me that it will not work due to Toyota security system for 2025 models. Toyota requires a 12-digit security code that can only be retrieved through the NASTF/SDRM system by verified Vehicle Security Professionals.

I am now stuck with a device of $314 that will not work so my only recourse is to warn others on Google and social media that this is how you do business.I have spoken to Michelle who said Oscar would call back however never called.Beware of this business!! Do your due diligence before you purchase.

You had a large selection covering all models.

I took it to a locksmith and they could not get it to sync or work with my truck.

Item that was listed in stock actually was not. Very difficult to reach customer service. Had to file a complaint with my credit card company to have the charge reviewed for an item never shipped,
