Lewis and his working partner tried their hardest to mend a small lock on my landing window which had stuck. The window is over 30 years old and there was nothing they could do…it was just too old. However, they ensured the lock was safe for me and left after approximately 40 minutes work.

What a great team they were and when I offered to pay they said “NO CALL OUT CHARGE”!

Reasonable price 75 to change a barrel for lock due to safety. Was quoted 150 from another company. Friendly guy nice to talk to ans cares about customers good quality lock. Thanks

Sam from Lock Fit provided an excellent service. Offered to see if he could assist at no charge and once he he realized he could fixed the door lock on the spot. Sam was exceptionally polite, enthusiastic, and above all totally professional in his approach.
His prices are exceptionally reasonable, he provides high quality replacement locks and left the area immaculate on completion of his work. He was fully Covid compliant (mask wearing) throughout.

Iain was very prompt in attending the call out. Replaced the parts and ensured everything was in working order before he left. He talked me through everything and made sure I was happy with the end result. Friendly guy and good value for money. Highly recommend

my lock was bust i phoned around for locksmiths this guy anthony came out and fitted a new barrel for me on a sunday he was there within 1 hour he was freindly and cheapest by far of all the locksmiths i phoned up he also gave me advice said he thought lock had been attacked with screwdriver and hammer couldnt wish for a better or cheaper or quicker or freindly service top bloke and top service id advise u guys to ring him for quickness and cheapness ty anthony mate your a star bro

Back door lock broken, would not lock. Gary fitted new lock, advised how best to look after it and even tightened front door lock. Good service, good advise, good price. Would recommend.

The upvc window handle in my bathroom jammed so I couldn't open it. I phoned Sean at lunchtime and he came out the same day at 2.30pm. By 3pm he had fitted a brand new locking handle. What an outstanding service, I would definitely use this company again.

I locked myself out of the house!! Googled for a local locksmith in Shrewsbury, phoned Lee Williams who reassured me straight away, he was with me within the hour, he assessed the situation, and I was back in the house in 20mins!! no damage and a very fair price. Door gearbox failed at around 20.30 on a Sunday evening. Called made at 21.00, LockFit arrived at approximately 21.30 and had the problem sorted within half an hour! New gearbox lock and door checked over and further secured! Belting service and good price considering Sunday evening emergency call out, couldn’t of asked for a better service! Professional and well mannered, would definitely recommend and use again

Got locked out of our student house at 3am because of a faulty lock. Gary the locksmith was polite, friendly and sorted our problem with a minimum of fuss. Even took pity on us and gave us a tenner off the callout charge because we’re students. Couldn’t recommend him and LockFit highly enough.

Great service from LocKFit, I had got locked out of my home and after searching on the internet I found Lockfit. Once I had called them I had a locksmith within 15 minutes and within 5 minutes they had gained entry. Brilliant secure advice also given.
