Terrible experience . Booked a locksmith , he turned up and demanded £125 payment before completing the job. Left without doing the job. I’m now out of pocket and I’ve had my time wasted

I needed urgent help, changing my home’s locks in a relationship split-up.
Andy was noticeably calming, caring and helpful with time flexibility around my safety. He had more than one idea for each lock we changed, explaining every option and even replacing one he’d fitted for a better choice minutes apart!
Andy returned to the property to upgrade one lock which was included in the price and there were clear instructions for all security elements, with demos.
He’s obviously massively patient and the job was thorough, with the offer of further professional advice if needed.
I recommend this gentleman Andy, whose efficiency and communication are going to be reassuring in any of these stressful situations. Thankyou LockFit!

David came and fitted 2 new locks to a double glazed front and backdoor. He was very quick, polite and professional and friendly. Very kind to deal with and made sure everything was in order before he left. He also didn't take long from telephoning to arriving. Highly recommend, his calm demeanour really helped as losing keys is very stressful.

Excellent service from Adam today. He installed two new locks for us quickly and efficiently, and even went above and beyond by fixing an issue with one of our doors at no extra charge. He was friendly, helpful and professional throughout. Competitive on price. Really impressed with the quality of his work and the level of service - would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from Sean at Lockfit Storrington. Arrived within 30 minutes as promised and was courteous and polite. Had been locked out of our house by a faulty lock.Sean got us in and replaced the lock at a sensible price. Good advice given as well. Would have no hesitation in using again.

Definitely worth 5 stars. Had an excellent response time when booking, also very prompt and professional service. Despite having an issue with one of the locks, it was sorted very quickly.

Had a problem with front door where lock jammed Steve was very good from initial call to him arriving was quick, he quickly identified the problem and got it sorted, from start to finish he was fast efficient and friendly.
The price was much less than I expected I would absolutely have no hesitation at all In recommending Steve and Lokfit if you have any issues with locks of any kind

I genuinely cannot recommend Sederick highly enough. I was locked out of my back door on a Saturday morning and called in a panic. He arrived within 10 minutes, which was beyond impressive. The speed alone was incredible, but what really stood out was the level of professionalism and customer care.

And the price? The quote was by far the cheapest between all the other locksmiths in the area. incredible for the speed, quality, and professionalism I received.

Absolutely brilliant, so thankful for this skillful and personable locksmith following a bodge job by a previous locksmith. Received a call from the police that a neighbour had reported my front door was opened (it's an old wooden door) and after it was secure, I thought it would be okay until I could buy a new front door. However, this week, the wind blew it open, so I returned from work and it was fully open! Went to allotment later, and it was open again when I returned, so I knew I couldn't leave it as it is. It was late (10pm) when I called Steven, but he was able to supply a new lock, new set of keys and fill in the door (where the previous smith had shoved some cardboard to keep the lock in place!) for a reasonable price.
I had the peace of mind of home security again.

Got locked out of my house recently and called Stephan from lockfit. He was at the house within 30-40 mins despite my awkward location and it being his wife's birthday. Super friendly and reliable would highly recommend.

I do wish I could give more stars.Harley came out today for my door. He kept us informed throughout the day for a time of visit. He repaired my door very quickly as he did no what the issue was. The best service I have had was number one. Thanks to all of you.

Initial experience was okay. Called to replace two locks. The locksmith replaced one but repaired the other.

The repaired lock failed after a month and when called they attempted to charge £95 for another repair. Only relented "this time" when I objected that a repair should last more than a month.

Very helpful.
Dave came round promptly and did a superb piece of work on 4 locks for me.
Cannot fault him.

Just had Dev From LockFit repair the full locking strip & cylinder for our old upvc back door . Was on time every-time & he sourced & fitted a new full door locking strip . Overall a reasonably priced & well done repair . Thank you . Would recommend .

After our front door lock failed, we hired John from Lockfit Portsmouth, to fit a new multi point lock strip, new cylinders and new handles. John contacted me very quickly after I reached out for a quote and was able to come and look over the issue in person to provide a quote. The job was very reasonably priced and he was able to schedule the job at very short notice to limit disruption on our side. Work was completed to a high standard, he worked through a couple of unforeseen problems and left the place tidy once finished. Highly recommended.
