Friendly and helpful
I have purchased several different items from Lockett Labs and each time I have not been disappointed. Ray is extremely friendly and always has the time to help. Items have always been in ace condition and Ray provides a brilliant service.

Disgusting scalper hiding behind a "business"
Tried to charge way over retail on lorcana products as a business, when called out they have blocked those people disgusting behaviour from a "business" don't waste your time here they don't even deserve a 1 star review

RRP stands for “recommended retail
Price” for a reason, it’s only a recommendation of a price and it’s perfectly legal to price how we want.

Charging Scalper Prices as a "Business"
As per title.
Charging almost double retail and claiming they are a business. When me and a few others called them out they have decided to block us all on facebook.
I cannot support this kind of "Business".
Edit: it's not a fake review. You would have got my custom if you weren't scalping product. Unfortunately I would avoid any businesses like yours who prey on customers. Your attitude and how you have gone about this only validates my review further.

Scalping is a word referring to people who scalp businesses for product to resell for a higher price. We order in from wholesalers and price things for what they sell for on market price. Your accusations are completely false, and your review is written out of anger rather than facts.
And again, RRP stands for recommended retail price. It’s perfectly legal for us to price items at what we want. If it sells for the price we list it as, which in this case it did, then that’s the consumers choice.
Pokémon from Lowestoft!!
Not only to Lockett Labs have a great selection of products at very competitive prices but the website is easy to navigate and the customer service is superb. I will certainly buy from them again, not just because they have a loyalty program, but also because they are local to me and I am a big believer in supporting local, independent businesses.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Ray. She was extremely fair on pricing, quick to respond to my messages on Facebook and the order arrived in great time.
She also made sure that the ornament I purchased was well packaged to ensure safe arrival.
