I saw yer van in Cork on the Wilton Road, I drive for Bus Eireann and when we got to stop your Driver was next to me , so I opened the window of the Bus and asked him if ye did locks on the backs of 4x4's - he said no problem at all - I had asked another company based in Cork First and they just didn't want to do the job, I googled ye and left 3 voicemails and texts, it want till I got time and went into yer website that I saw ye were based in Limerick- I sent an email and very quickly received a reply. Then when I replied to that email - I heard no more - because I was asked where I am based, I said Turners Cross, Cork - heard no more - I would easily drive to Limerick to get it sorted, that wouldn't have been a problem at all. The Guy in the van was Sound out, and he gave me a boost as I honestly need to get the lock replaced, I use the canopy door a lot and have extremely expensive Dive equipment that I put in there for when I go to Portroe Quarry for my Training.

To be just left on the footpath so as to speak - and. It hear a thing back is just typical of what this country has come too.

I dropped into the Lock Doctor on the Naas road to get key checked and a replacement key for my car. They were super helpful and in one hour I was on my way with my two keys!
They do all locks: cars, commercial, houses and the do secure lock boxes. You can drop in or they will call out if you get locked out or lose a key and need emergency service response. I highly recommend

Highly recommended ,don't look any further if you need a new key for your car 😄 the guy recently maded a new key for my car when the other places here in Waterford said it's nearly impossible to make a new one lol. Sure it wasn't easy I'd say because it was for saab. But impossible? Not for him. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Needed a key barrel rebuilt on a 08 VW Jetta, guy came out from Limerick to Nenagh, removed, rebuilt and reinstalled the whole thing in about an hour and a half, great service, definitely recommended

I visited Lock Doctor in Ardkeen, Waterford, to have the batteries in my flat remote replaced. They quickly replaced the two batteries with new lithium 2025 batteries, and the job took just a couple of minutes. However, I was charged 16 euros for the 2 batteries, which seemed steep considering they typically cost around 3 euros. While the service was prompt and efficient, the pricing left me feeling a bit overcharged.

Great Experience . Clear advise on home locks for my 87 year old Mum. Anthony was very helpful. Tidy well laid out shop. Solid recommendations on lock box. GREAT Service and good value.

Key working,but, not connecting with alarm,spent an hour,trying to sort.
Able to lock now,advised what problem was,and gave me a contact,auto garage to fix.Very professional..lovely premises with hand sanitisers on tables.

I was apply to lock doktor twice .first time I was need keys for my car ,second time yesterday to make to keys for my safe.what happens first time? If you will go for keys to main dealer it Costa 200 euro same Price in lock doktor.difference is in main dealer need wait 1 month in lock doktor same day.the keys from main dealer working forever the keys from lockdoctor working to month and thank they brojen parts fall off.because the key from aliexpress for 2 euro.today I was received keys for my safe,which is not main.tomorow will come for Refund.

So my Nissan had a flat battery after the radio and lights were left on and wouldn't recognise the key code ID.
I was quoted €120 with AXA to have my vehicle recovered and brought to the local Nissan garage which closed in 25 minutes, and the car wouldnt be looked at until Monday with God knows what price at the end of the work done, quoting me €400 to arrive out with a new battery (that is IF the battery was the cause... so stress was through the roof as I had small children with me, I depend on the car for work, and a family member was in hospital too.
I was told by my nephew to call Alain Sanchez from Lock Doctor.... he was out to me like a bolt of lightening, he did his thing in a friendly and professional manner and had me on the road in 22 minutes flat - and for a song too!!! Everyone needs to have Alain's number in their phone!!!

Residing in Tipperary rural area. Contacted Axa Vehicle Insurance regarding car and house keys being stolen for vehicle and house keys. Contacted Axa Rescue for to contact locksmith in emergency. Lock Doctor from Limerick arrived at residence. The technician handed me an electronic bob for to open and lock vehicle. Technician informed me his tool for making a door key was not functioning properly. This was May 11th 2022. Technician arrived at residence. Technician handed me the key bob but could not make the physical key which locks the car door and opens car door as well as glovebox. Living in Rural Ireland I contacted AXA vehicle insurance and informed them I was not provided physical metal key for to lock door on car. In rural Ireland everyone knows everyone and know where the car is kept. The person who stole the keys can access the vehicle at any time as the door cylinder was not changed and no physical aluminum key was provided with electronic key (bob). I was informed I would not receive key for door until Monday. Key arrived was mailed on the 13th according to package. The key that arrived does not open or lock the car or the glovebox.
Called Axa Rescue number today and they advised me to contact Lock Doctor. I informed Axa I pay them insurance for them to contact Lock Doctor on a recorded phone call informing AXA representative it was not my responsibility to contact vendor as they have a contract with vendor and my contract is with Axa Vehicle insurance. I was informed they would do so by representative for Axa.
Did not receive a call so I called Lock Doctor located in Limerick, call was answered and representative for Lock Doctor would not provide any assistance and I was informed to call on Monday. My vehicle has not been able to be secured since 11th May 2022 and Lock Doctor Representative gave impression he did not care.
Now I have a vehicle that the physical key does not work on door to secure vehicle no matter where it is parked. The door cylinder and Glovebox cylinder for a key was not replaced and some stranger who stole my keys can access my vehicle no matter where it is parked.
Terrible customer service from both Axa Vehicle Insurance and Lock Doctor Limerick.

I would suggest based on the lack of customer service and risking my safety and vehicle is an ongoing concern. I pay insurance so that I do not have to worry about where I choose to park my vehicle. Lock Doctor pointing the finger at Axa and Axa pointing the finger at Lock Doctor. I pay insurance premium to Axa in the event of such an incident. Disgraceful Customer service from both Businesses. Shocked at the lack of service and being ignored for a service I pay good money for.
