Brilliant service !
Lost key to my filing cabinet. I tried to order from other sites but my order was cancelled twice. I got a key from a local locksmith which did not open the filing cabinet. I could not believe when the keys arrived they were a perfect fit !! I cannot recommend Lockdoctor,biz enough. Fast delivery as well.

Great Service
Ordered keys were dispatched quickly but unfortunately Royal Mail managed to lose them. Contacted Lockdoctor and replacements were sent out immediately with no quibbles. Really impressed with the after sales service.

Excellent in all respects
A great service and a great idea. A cabinet couldn't be used securely and Lockdoctor saved me a fortune not having to purchase a new one. I was sceptical that a key could be sourced but received keys in the post the day after ordering. I've already recommended the service to another company and will continue to do so.

Outstanding service
Excellent service with fast delivery. They have saved me massive headaches, time and money with people breaking or losing keys to drawers and filing cabinets. Being able to open their cabinets or drawers whilst waiting for replacement keys has been a godsend

Exemplary customer service and service attitude
Lockdoctor.biz went out of their way to help supply me with the right key for a lock. It was only a small order, but the trouble they took over it was - for this day and age - quite simply unbelievable. Really friendly, helpful and ultra-polite staff on the telephone - wish more companies were like this.

Excellent service!
After 9 years of living in my flat I had managed to lose the key for the windows! It is only now I am selling up that this is a problem so I found Lockdoctor.biz online and ordered a replacement. The key arrived the next day and it works!

I have to admit I was sceptical that the keys would fit from just providing a number but the price convinced me to give it a try.
The keys were perfect and were delivered within two days and half the price of high street key cutters.
I will be ordering more for certain.
