UPDATE: Mr. Howard, went above and beyond to explain what happened. I fully understand what had happened and things do occur. The acknowledgement and quick response with the situation in hand, I can already tell that this company truly cares about their customers.
I want to put 5 stars, it's a great product. I was in communications with someone in sales, but never got a response back regarding some ordering questions. After 2 weeks of no response, I went ahead and ordered 20 units that I needed. One of my questions was regarding shipping and its now 7 days after placing order with still no shipping number. Granted I'm in no hurry, but something I push in my own work place is communication. Even if it's a follow up email or a status email. It goes a long way. Anyhow great product.

I'm sorry you feel the box is too small. We try to make sure the dimensions are clear, we have a size guide on the product page for example. I will look into it and hopefully make it clearer for people buying in the future.
