Returning the car was a great experience. The service was thoughtful and well organized: two parking spaces were already reserved and waiting for us, and an employee later transferred the car to another location.

Overall, it was a great experience. It would have been great if the person handling our case would take extra initiative to advise on the peculiar driving conditions like the restricted driving zones which is applicable. We had to look up ourselves. Just some proactive approach would go a long way. Generally I didn’t see a proactive approach rather than merely doing a transaction. This is certainly a wasted opportunity to give customers a wow factor!

Intento de estafa
El auto no estaba limpio , tuve que esperar a que lo laven, al realizar la devolución me quieren cobrar un día de más cuando tenia que devolver el auto a las 11 hs y llegué 11.05 yo estaba en la oficina donde figuraba la devolución a las 10.40 y de ahí me mandaron a una cochera que estaba a 2 km , también me querían cobrar algo que ya había pagado
