The agent at the Ravenna agency was…
The agent at the Ravenna agency was very dishonest and unprofessional. The agent did not provide me with any clear information regarding any extra charges or upgrade costs that I would have to pay. I was never properly informed about this additional amount before signing.
I also assure you that the agent informed me that once I returned the car in Milan, the difference would be refunded. Based on this information, I accepted the vehicle.
Furthermore, the vehicle was in a terrible condition and very dirty.
I already sent a complaint regarding this matter, but you did not even take the time to reply to my email.

The location had been moved
The location had been moved. A taxi dropped off 5 of us. After finally finding and seeing the paper with the new address. I walked to a gas station. They helped me to get a cab. But the cab didn’t come. He called the rental office and they came and drove me to new location. They were so accommodating, I didn’t have my passport, international drivers license and they said they trusted me. Phew. I drove and got my crew. And we were off in about an hour total.

We had a stressful booking process and arrived into Ravenna with trepidation. Arriving into Ravenna to pick up car - Marco (I hope that’s correct) at the counter was fabulous and eased a lot of tension! The car itself was great (fiat panda). Drop off in Bari was easy ONCE we found it! Communication from Locauto/enterprise could be a lot better - the office is behind a boom gate so there is nowhere to drop car off so we just stopped in the road near the train station. They could have advised major roadworks near them and provided better drop off instructions. Regarding booking - make sure it is exact. We had an issue with bookin.com reservation and they wouldn’t amend it and it is a shame it can’t be done at counter upon pick up of car. I suppose this is the issue booking things internationally. Again - our experience was made all the better by the staff in Ravenna!! Thankyou!!
