It is a total scam, after paying subscription they made you pay to send messages plus it's impossible to see profile user. A complete scam, stay away from that site

I've been a member for over 10 years, posted an advert and two weeks later was met with "Your account has been banned"

Emailed their customer service team twice and have been ignored twice.

I'm none the wiser as to why I was banned, I'm guessing it's because I was never stupid enough to pay for any of their pointless features on their site! :)

I would at a rough guess about 97% of the profiles on Locanto are fake or scammers or a combination of both, if you want to waste your time and lose your money go on Locanto, I gave a one star rating, in reality I'd give it a no star

Terrible, all the women are either sex workers or scammers, there doesn’t seem to be any real genuine women that want a relationship or just some adult fun.

Used to be OK then management got money hungry and unless you know pay to upgrade your ad they somehow block the views and responses forcing you to pay now ..

I used Locanto for 11 months without any issues, and then they put my ad automatically in a category Escort and started demanding me to pay money for a free ad. I do not provide any Escort or sex for money, I was just looking for a long term relationship. Their understanding of English language is very poor which does not allow them to assess the ads properly. There are lots of scammers on this site because real people like me were blocked to use this site for free. I would not recommend people to use this site due to their unfair conduct and abusing their power and providing misleading information publicly, letting people know that I provide Escort service, when in fact I do not do this.

I have no photos to put on my ad cause I am advertising to purchase a vehicle, specified in ad what type, year,vost, etc. as there are many. I can't get past the area where it says you must post an photo to place your ad. Whomsoever added this area must put a category where if, you have none, you can continue with the posting. Also, they won't post the ad unless you answer questions about what you need. I has already said what I need in my ad so this area should be revised to not include stuff that was slready said in the ad.

My experience was horrible... I replied to an ad... received a reply ... the reply person asked for my personal email address to communicate with ... their reasoning was that they felt Locanto was not safe .. I received an email from the advertiser and subsequently got a malware virus from the email... got it fixed.. a second person that I know also got the same result from this advertiser when I wrote to Locanto ... gave them the account # of this advertiser ect...
I NEVER GOT A REPLY ... The advertiser continued to run the same ad... I flagged the ad from several different phones and laptops .. AND THE AD CONTINUES TO BE SHOWN ..
SO BE CAREFUL AS YOU COULD BE THE NEXT TO MAKE FRIENDS WITH A POP UP VIRUS AND DESTOYING VIRUSES... BE CAREFUL !!!!!

Fully fraud, when ask then half information provided after your payment confirm then they show their real face, security cherges any many wishes their. And fully time waste. Don't go here and don't payment. I am lose my rs- 5749. And last their language very bad.
