A JOY TO WORK WITH SECURE LEGACY.
i think its the best thing i ever did.
rather than going to a solicitor, this was about 7 times cheaper than the last will i made,as a friend recommended going online.
it was all sorted in less than 2 weeks after a very friendly chap asked me all the details i wanted in my will on the landline,. cannot fault this service. 10/10

Unhappy customers
My parents wanted to write their wills so contacted Secure Legacy , were talked into a power of attorney which is no bad thing , but what started off as a £47 will each ended up costing them over £600 . The company made loads of amendments as they kept getting things wrong. Wills are very important and need to be done properly. Not once did they receive an apology.

On the whole I was pleased
On the whole I was pleased . I didn’t give 5 stars as had to make corrections three times. However this was amended , will was posted and arrived safely well within time suggested.

I was wanting to update my Will for…
I was wanting to update my Will for quite some time. When Secure Legacy was on Facebook of all places.I filled in a couple of details and a very nice lady phoned me,we arranged for someone to call next day and i spoke to a lovely man who went through every detail with me,they then sent me a draft for me to
look at it to see if everything was in order,which it was,and a few days later a beautifully presented Will was sent to me,it was that easy,i now have piece of mind and i would highly recommend this company

After contacting the company I received a phone call to make me an appointment to discuss what I wanted in my will. I received appointed this phone call on time and the company covered everything I needed. A draft was emailed to me to read and confirm or correct. The final document was promptly posted to me in a protective envelope. Very pleased with the company.

Not the best service I have come…
Not the best service I have come across. Will contents are as I asked for but the paper copies I received were not what I expected. For the first copy, the print was faded in places and all the print was very crocked. Was expecting better.
