They do not provide services as advertised. We paid for 3 months and when we had a question to confirm that their company has the right to sublease the addresses, NO ONE from their support team replied! More than 2 week no any reply. Chat, Whatsapp, email didn't work. AVOID this company, it seems a scam.
And they refused to give a refund. Horrible service. Better to find another one provider.

This company is a complete scam. I would like my refund immediately as I did not receive a virtual address after paying. I would also like to stop the recurring bill. Whatever you do, do not trust this company.
Update: it has been days of being bounced from their email to WhatsApp customer service. They absolutely refuse to issue my refund. This is so sad and stressful that a company can simply refuse to give you your money.

My interactions with Local Accountants have been wonderful.
I was hesitant to share my information on a portal and deal with a company that I have never met in person. However, my team did a terrific job of boosting my faith in the task. My bookkeeper, Arno, performed a fantastic job managing my books. Always responsive and quickly helped me get my books in order.

Judith was fantastic in every way. She kept me updated on any changes and guided me through the entire process. I honestly believed she was fighting for my interests and had my best interests at heart. She being given my case makes me feel really privileged. She is outstanding!

Claims to forward your mail but it never arrives and the servicedesk ignores you.

Update: Owner now accuses me of being a fraud and submits negative reviews on my sites after placing this here. Beware of this company/owner.

I strongly suggest LocalOffice24 service. It is exceptionally simple to get a virtual address. I've generally had incredible assistance from the whole team, and have never experienced any issues. I have been subscribed to this service for 3 years and have had more than 20 companies registered there.

I was truly dazzled by the fact that it was so natural to work with your group. We had a great deal of somewhat late changes and we were supported rapidly with no pressure. The office was ideal for our requirements. I will definitely suggest localoffice24 spaces. Many thanks to you.

Complete scam. I am back with another review. I am trying to get my money back after they scammed me with getting an address in NL for my company. No reply on my e-mail. On whatsapp only useless talking with them. Everything is strange with this company. How you pay (paypal or using a credit card), how long will take to get any reaction from them and so . My previous review has been deleted. So again a complete scam.

I signed up for their services, filled in all the documents and.. nothing. I haven't received a virtual office, and I haven't been able to get this resolved through the help desk. I've been referred to another helpdesk which isn't answering my messages. Not sure if this a scam or just completely useless service.

This company is a total scam. Additional postal service costs per 15Euro letter. Other companies charge 0,60cent.

They refused to hand me a price list of their `Optional` add-on services for each plan. That is because each additional service will cost you an arm and a leg. Probably to make up for their cheap base prices. Instead of utilising their add-on services you will be forced to upgrade your plan.

Their pricing plan is misleading. `Optional` add-ons are not an option due do absolutely inflated prices.

edit: Localoffice24 threatened me via whatsapp with their lawyers to take the negative review down. Stay clear from these scammers people.

Had an address set up with this company and it was rejected by the KvK in the Netherlands for registration as the address provided to me was somehow tagged as a "bad address". I don't care, whatever happened in the background to corrupt the address, but if that's the case I shouldn't have been assigned that address in the first place.

I'm not giving a 1 start because the experience and support itself are quite responsive making the experience not super awful, at least the answer queries with human support.

I hope nobody needs to go through the same, hopefully, the company manages to avoid this kind of situation in the future by filtering "bad addresses" upfront.

Using their services almost 3 years for 15 companies in nl and Germany. Very polite and kind persons but most importantly professionals. They are experts and they prove it apart from just advertising it.

I have received a letter for the Chamber of Commerce, saying that you LocalOffice24 does not own or rent the building in Amersfoort, but that they are digital intermediaries. According to the Chamber of Commerce, they do not have the right to "rent out digital office space" for this location.

In sum - they are frauds and have conducted a crime by charging me for this service. When I demanded my money back, by saying that I'd file a police report I received this reply:

"Before making such serious accusations, you must familiarize yourself with the facts and documents.

Otherwise, we will be forced to report our criminal actions to the police.

it's just ridiculous that you ask for your money back and threaten the police although your company is registered at the address that belongs to the one who gave you permission to use it.

Your address is provided to you by the owner on absolutely legal grounds. If you have any other confirmation, please provide you.

If you want to terminate our service, then you must first remove the company from our address. And there is no need to throw meaningless accusations that have no basis other than idiotic letters from the trade register.

And go ahead with the police, we will be glad to see you in the courtroom"

The fact that they say that an official letter from the Dutch government is "idiotic" and meaningless shows that they are scam artists. They threatened to write bad reviews about my company because I am going to the public with my experiences.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES - 1) THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF 2) THREATEN YOUR BUSINESS

Horrible experience. I wasted 5 month and 400$ and no service was provided at all!

Bad communication and bad support ( the support was even aggressive after I complained because they switch my company address to a wrong country )
