Loanify Capital is a private lending fund focused on asset-backed credit. We target a 19.20% preferred rate of return per year with monthly payouts, by dynamically allocating across lending products that can perform in both strong and weak economic cycles including funding accounts receivable for reputable debt-consolidation providers and other collateralized loan assets.
After a condo went up for sale, I knew I would have funds to invest. My goal was for some product that could produce monthly income. I looked at various products and Loanify was my choice. Besides the monthly payments made directly to my checking account, I have a great team with Liam and Boomer who are ready and willing to address topics and concerns.
I have been investing with Loanify Capital for just a short time, since December 2025. In July of 2025, I had my first meeting with Liam to discuss the Loanify business model and the Loanify Captial investment opportunity. After comparing various investments and doing a lot of due diligence, I called Liam back to ask more questions and for an investor referral. Liam was patient, kind and accommodating. There was no hard sell or any followup calls from our first call, unlike many other investment companies do. He provided me with all the answers I could ask for and he put me in touch with one of their investors. Their other investor has invested with Loanify Capital about two years prior, and confirmed that she was very happy with her investment and they have been paying as advertised with no missed payments since she began her investment. She described herself as a very conservative investor who does a lot of due diligence, but was tired of getting hardly any returns on her bond investments. So with that reference and my research, I was confident to make an initial investment, and have now invested a second time.
Boomer and Liam have been very responsive and keep in touch monthly. There is an investors' portal as well. Since December, just a few months ago, they have been growing about 20% MoM, adding 20 new reps. I am also happy that my investment is helping people with high debt get in control over their finances with the help of Loanify.ai
I invested with Loanify Capital in July 2025. The performance of the investment has been as advertised with monthly distributions at 1.6% a month. Communication with Liam and his team has been great, they are prompt to answer any questions I have.
