Paint started peeling within days
The paint on the back of the case started peeling off within days and with normal use. It's chipped in a bunch of places. Very disappointing.

Hi,
I'm really sorry to hear about that. I can see from your order number that you haven't contacted us directly about this yet, but if you do, we can sort out a reprint or a refund.
Kind Regards,
Loam and Lore
Love everything about this sustainable…
Love everything about this sustainable family company, especially the story behind the product. Pleased to support them. Would have liked more options for the iPhone 15 and to have MagSafe feature.

Good product and customer service
I really like the phone case itself but I especially found the customer service and communication were very good. I ordered from their website but they shipped me the phone case from their Amazon stock to make sure I had it in time for Xmas, they emailed me to let me know so I wasn’t confused.

the best phone case i've ever had
I have always been bothered by the slightly sticky fake plasticy feel of regular phone cases, and I'm amazed at how comfortable I am with this one. It feels like high quality paper, like the stuff for watercolours, but smooth and dense. Also, I'm prone to dropping my phone and this case has been robust and effective and providing the necessary protection.

Good quality, excellent service
Great customer service - checking back about image quality/contrast, bot just printing what would probably have turned out to be a terrible image. (Bought the customisable case, for context)

Cute and sustainable 🌱
Second case I have ordered from L&L and I love it. Great phone protection (I drop my phone ALL the time). Super cute and sustainable! Love it.

Cork wallet
Excellent service. Great, plastic free compostable packaging and the wallet is lovely!
Dark cork, but almost looks like leather. Came in a nice brown box too
