Very pleasant and helpful staff at the Redbrick shack. Answered lots of questions about the furniture and the fabrics available. They gave relevant advice after listening to what I was after.
I like the availability of fabric samples. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase then and there.

Our 4th purchase from Loaf
Our 4th purchase from Loaf. Good quality and fairly priced sofas and armchairs. A great selection of fabrics in particular, including stain resistant ones, important if you have a young family and your furniture is subject to a tough life! The staff at the Loaf store at Red Brick Mill were super friendly and helpful. Not at all pushy but they gave us useful advice that led us to change what we’d planned to purchase, and they gave us advance notice that a sale was coming so we saved 15% on the price of the item. Our only minor gripe is that delivery is not included in the purchase price.

So glad we visited the shack in Batley
We visited the shack near Leeds - staff were really helpful. Seeing the sofas in the space helped us to realise we could fit in a larger sofa than we had first thought (and that better suited our needs). The large colour swatches made choosing the colour easy. Definitely worth the visit.

I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the gentleman who helped us at the Redbrick store but he processed our order so hopefully Loaf find him and say thank you! For the customer looking at loaf, they were excellent with service, finding what we wanted, testing it with bed spreads / blankets / cushions… you name it, nothing was too much and advice and guidance was welcome and excellent so thank you.

The BEST customer service I’ve ever received!
From the minute I walked in to Loaf in Batley I was really surprised by the level of customer service I received. We were greeted by the entire staff but not in an overbearing way. There were free tunnex tea cakes and a table filled with breakfast treats for free. Including orange juice and prosecco! I had a few questions and spoke to a lady called Becks, who was absolutely fantastic. Asked me all the right questions and gave me the information I needed. I took an hour or so to absorb and reflect before I went ahead with the purchase but honestly had it not been for the customer service Becks gave me I don’t think I’d of bought the sofa or came back in. They also gifted me with a little mug after I bought my chosen sofa. I also never leave reviews but really felt I needed to shout about the first class service we got! I will recommend you to everyone!
