We had such a lovely visit to the store…
We had such a lovely visit to the store in Bristol! The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly and were quick to assist despite the store being very busy on the last Sunday of the sale. That also meant we were treated to Prosecco and cookies which added even more to an already great experience! All of the ladies were fantastic - thanks to the lovely lady with blonde curls(so sorry I didn’t catch her name!),Rosa, Chloe, Phoebe we purchased a gorgeous velvet cuddlemuffin. Highly recommend 😊

Great advise by lovely, non pushy sales team.
I was welcomed into the store by a lovely, helpful but not pushy sales assistant. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I was unsure of my fabric colour choice and I was given useful advice and given time to ponder. I was very happy with my experience.

Friendly service both in store and on the telephone.
Friendly telephone discussion when I made an order for sofa and chair. I had already been to a Loaf store and tried out several of their sofa’s. The experience in store was positive and didn’t feel rushed by staff. I was encouraged to take off my shoes and sit/ curl up as I would at home to ensure the seating was right for me. The fabric I wanted had been discontinued an alternative was suggested fortunately I had a swatch of it and was happy to proceed. The store encouraged me to take a selection.

Helpful staff and good range of display…
Helpful staff and good range of display stock. Colour and fabric samples made it easy to narrow down options, and free swatches were great for taking home to colour match. Only improvement would be to have the display sofas available in a broader range of fabrics (most were in a single fabric type).

What a fantastic place to buy a sofa. All the staff we dealt with on our visits were great…friendly, well informed and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they helped us along our way to finding the right sofa. It was a real pleasure buying there in a relaxed environment.

Great service comfortable atmosphere…
We were so excited to visit Bristol Loaf, it definitely didn’t disappoint.
Great environment, no pushy salespeople, helpful staff and a comfortable space to consider which amazing Loaf sofa to buy.
We settled for the gorgeous Jonesy in bobbing bouy clever velvet. Loved that there are colour swatches to take away and large fabric samples to drape over your favourite piece of furniture.
Really enjoyed our visit and can’t wait for our sofa to arrive.

On arrival in the store Elliot came…
On arrival in the store Elliot came straight over and asked if he would help and offered us a glass of fizz & sweet treats. We knew which sofa we wished to purchase but wanted to double check a few details .. at this point another member of staff came off and once again was very helpful. Upon purchase everything was smooth and quick.

We love Loaf
We love your Bristol shop. The staff are all so friendly, professional and very patient, especially Phoebe!
They all know the products, fabrics etc which is really helpful when you’re trying to decide.
We nearly moved in it took us so long to decide!
There’s no pressure either which is great.
We love the detail - marshmallows, caramel bars and bottles of water. 💦
I love the tape measures too and being able to measure makes sense to me.
We’re looking forward to our new sofa 🛋️

We drove from Bournemouth to Bristol to…
We drove from Bournemouth to Bristol to see the Squishmeister IRL (I wish they had different names)
We were welcomed by Tegan who guided us though our decision making in the perfect way.
She answered all our questions and then left us alone to decide which is exactly what we needed.
The only thing I’d suggest to improve would be to offer hot drinks to people spending time in store.
It wasn’t just cos we’d driven from Bournemouth that we were gasping for a tea, we were also spending 4 grand on a sofa. A hot drink wouldn’t go a miss.

I came into the store regarding a new mattress . The staff in the store greeted me on entry. Tegan then helped talk me through the different mattress options to help me find the one that best suits me and my husbands needs

Highly recommend Rosa and the team
Highly recommend Rosa and the team at Loaf Cribbs Causeway, Bristol. The store is well laid out, the product details and prices are detailed and clear, and the fabric section is great to make sofa cover choices. Rosa talked us through all the details clearly and with no hard sell. We browsed around other stores before we made our purchase, but nothing was better than the sofa we’d fallen in love with at Loaf.

We went to cancel an order
We went to cancel an order, request a refund and put in a request for a different mattress under the Loaf returns guarantee. We felt a bit unsure about how it would go.
But all was fine! There was a team of 3, who were all really friendly, understanding and helpful and processed our request quickly and efficiently.
