I bought sale and a phone sale and Small pouch and the leather is No. Exceptional quality looks extremely retro. Both myself and my wife loved the purchases. The large sale I bought as well. It was beautifully made great quality and quite unusual for me to make an impulse by like this. I bought it from Leigh Delmare service station Shop which was excellent.
Do not use this company. Bought a handbag through debenhams. Returned the item using the correct process they refused my return becasue I didnt send it back in the correct time frame, I sent them the royal mail tracking to prove that it had been returned in the correct time and even the proof of delivery. Im still currently being charged for this bag that I dont even have it is in a warehouse somewhere. Absolutely terrible company will never use debenhams or lloyd baker ever again.
Please do not use this company, I bought a handbag from them through Debenhams.
I placed this order on the 7th October when it arrived it was not suitable so I contacted Debenhams to return it they informed me I had to send it back to Lloydbaker.
At a cost of £7.45 I returned the bag on the 10th October, they received it on the 14th October.
I received an email on the 21st to say they would refund and up until today I have not received my refund of £79.
They hide behind Debenhams who have terrible reviews with regards to refunds.
I have spoken to citizens advice this week and asked them to contact Trading Standards to report this company.
With the cost of living as it is at the moment why do Lloydbaker think it right not refund their customers.
