Llama Leisure Omdömen

My parcel was delivered by royal mail, but they didn't put it through the letterbox just barely under the letterbox flap I was sent a picture showing the so called delivery. It went missing. I contacted llama Leisure, filled in form and they sent another pair of leggings out straight away, just asking if the original parcel turned up could I send it back to them. Their service is excellent, I can't fault the company. Danica, who I corresponded with was very efficient and friendly. 10 out of 10 for this company and their good quality goods.

Excellent as always good quality and quick delivery

Comfy, quick delivery, great print.

Excellent service. Arrive so quickly. Well packaged and like the Lovehearts treat!
The fabric is so lovely and soft.
Suggestion: please can you make some navy and dark teal ones with pocket in a plainish pattern for winter.

Another 5 star service. Quick dispatch time.

My leggings are beautiful, they fit very well but unfortunately the material is not very robust. After only wearing them three times, the material is already starting to pil. I’m so disappointed. I haven’t even washed them yet. I love the pattern. I just wish you had produced it with better quality material. I will of course be returning them. 🫤

The leggings are as cute really as the photos. They fit nicely, don't show knickers when you bend over, aren't sweaty to wear. Main thing is they're easy on and off, don't need a lot of strength and grip to do it like some do and so are ideal for people like me with disabilities. The thick waistband stays put and doesn't ride up or down and it doesn't roll or dig in when I'm sat in my wheelchair all day. They're quick dry if I went out without a raincoat.....

Ordered,delivered,no problems. Great product

I ordered the joggers with birds on and they are really nice. The birds are clearly defined and the colours are good. Simply ordering system and speedy delivery.

Amazing quality leggings, super quick delivery too

Received another two lovely pairs, so comfy and a real statement! Thank you 🙏

Always exciting to receive new leggings....never disappointed

Amazing leggings and amazing customer service cannot recommend enough

They are fab leggings except the last one with birds on
The black has gone funny by the knee

Great experience. Quick delivery, great service and excellent quality leggings 👌 😁

Absolutely love my leggings. That's my 5th pair now! 😂

Poor quality & slow, patronising customer service
First and last order.
The leggings began deteriorating around the seams after only two washes and very limited normal wear. They have not been worn for exercise or anything unusually demanding, yet the fabric is already visibly fraying around several seams.
Customer service has also been slow, and I haven’t appreciated the implication from Danica that I may somehow have used the leggings incorrectly rather than there simply being an issue with the quality.
For the price, I expected considerably better. Very overhyped for what I received.
Just because something is advertised everywhere doesn’t make it good.

---- UPDATE OCTOBER 19TH 2026----

Despite confirming in writing that I would receive a FULL refund of £25.39, Llama Leisure has processed a refund of just £23.40.

The original £1.99 delivery charge has not been refunded or accounted for.

These leggings were returned because they were FAULTY, not because I'd changed my mind. Under UK consumer law, customers should not be left paying standard delivery costs for faulty goods.

Perhaps Llama Leisure should have held off on yesterday's rather smug public response declaring my complaint resolved until they'd actually fulfilled their written agreement.

A bit premature, wasn't it, guys? :)

Lovely leggings. Would be nice if you had a stock of plain long tee shirts in all those lovely colours

Leggings are of excellent quality, wash and wear well. I love all the styles and patterns

Excellent quality and super fast delivery
