Very nice people talk the person who worked on our case was Great the only thing I wouldn't change is asking for the price we waited to get for our home

Well im not someone that needs to sell my home and its nice not to feel pressured. Spoke with Aidan and he was a nice guy and easy to talk with. Haven't gotten my offer yet so im not sure how thats gonna go, but sounds like they try and take care of people. So far so good.

The gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable, experienced and interesting. He knew his business, which is along the lines of an LLC I had with someone in Pittsburgh. He also took the time to clearly explain why this type of service was likely not in my best interest with teh property we have to sell, but assured us if what he could office if we changed our planned direction..

Bryan was very helpful and he took the time to explain to me how the business operates. Although my need to sell my part 50% of my part ownership of a home that is free and clear of debt, he was helpful to give me helpful ideas and/or options that could on possibly meet my need.

If you want to sale your property find local realtor with license & all resource ! Do not fill out any things on “Liz buy home” ! It’s a trap !

I highly recommend reaching out & going through their process. They were very thorough in finding the best solution for us & our home.
