I was really impressed with this…
I was really impressed with this service. My surgery appointment was going to take ages so I thought I would try this. Got an appointment for the next day. The doctor video called rather than the 'econsult' from my surgery that just replied to me with a text with no chance of discussion. The Livi doctor then arranged for a prescription at my normal pharmacy that was there within minutes. Would definitely use again

Not impressed, GP practice encourages online service. First time, I booked an appointment for this afternoon 1 hour late and still no call appointment dropped from the system.

Easy to get an appointment and prescription
Great service. My son had a flare up of his eczema and we needed some stronger steroid creams. Went onto Livi, added the details and uploaded photos. Had an appointment within an hour. This was Friday at midday so maybe this was a quieter time? There were several appointments available. The doctor was brilliant. Sorted us out with some creams and we collected them from our local pharmacy straight away. Cannot fault the service.

A very good alternative to a Surgery long waiting appointment
I have used Livi many times. My last appointment was a very good experience. The GP was polite, well informed and she answered all my questions without rushing me. I managed to have an appointment the following day instead of having to wait for nearly 3 weeks! This saved me a lot of anxiety as I wanted to have some explanation about an abnormal blood test result.
