Great AI Bot with Room for Live Chat Improvement

LiveChatAI has been a game-changer for our customer service department in our furniture business. We were in search of a tool that could provide both automated and human-assisted support, and LiveChatAI delivered in several key areas.

The AI Bot:
The GPT4-powered AI bot is outstanding. It understands various customer inquiries and responds in a way that's both intelligent and human-like. The integration process was smooth, and we've found that it can autonomously resolve up to 68% of our customer queries. The AI even adapts and learns from our content, ensuring the responses remain accurate and up-to-date.

The transition between the AI bot and a live human agent works seamlessly. When the AI encounters a complex query, it hands off to a live agent without any hiccup. This combination of AI and human support has helped us significantly in reducing our support volume.
