Live Beauty Omdömen

Poor delivery service. Order number LB9566
Very poor and disappointing customer service.
I never received my order and was charged for it

I ordered Moroccanoil oil shampoo 1000 ml from the website. I received it on time but it is totally fake. I have been using this product since last 10 years. The moment I saw the bottle I knew something was a miss . It was refilled was some fake shampoo. Don’t ever think of ordering from there

I have placed an order more than 2 weeks back, and is stuck at Delhivery for more than 10 days.no way to contact the seller or cancel the order. It's a hoax! Please don't trust the seller or website.

Low rate and speed delivery

Poor packaging. Shampoo leaked and the bottle looked very old.

Never Delivered and inspite of several calls no solution.

Good. Thank you

I didn't receive my order. I sent emails but they didn't reply. And now they're asking me about my experience(( Of course my experience is 👎 Very disappointed. I'm thinking how to return my money

I have had wonderful experience in purchasing products from Kerastase.. They are way more affordable from Live Beauty.. I have already placed 4 orders - and always satisfied with their quick delivery and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend.

On time delivery, genuine product, good packaging.

Awesome product

Fast & Great delivery, will also recommend.

This is a hoax website - I ordered for a hair mask and paid 3.8K , they showed ordered confirmed and even put up a dehlivery tracking ID for 2 days then now it shows as delivery cancelled by the seller ( on logistics website) and even the website isn’t available
Update to my original post( on feb 13th) - I recently received a package with the item ordered and thought oh the seller did send it although late and without communication and thought let me update my comment but stopped myself and decided to do so after I used the product! Lo and behold - the product shipped was FAKE , there is no seal and look, feel seemed alright but the smell was quite strong - I thought perhaps i was overthinking it and gave it a try! My usually soft and shiny hair was transformed into dry brittle fried looking mass of unruly hair that shocked me! I had to immediately wash it again and used my regular conditioner and shampoo and my hair was visibly much better after! This made me wish they had never shipped me the fake item in the first place rather than go through this! Seller is not only a fraud but malicious for sending some toxic fake product in the place of the original one! Avoid this website like the plague for your own good’

Good product pricing and quality, not dupe, on time delivery

Mobile no is doesn’t exist n there is no detail of my order..n my amount has been detucted…bad experience

prompt delivery

The product seems counterfeit. Please get it checked if possible. ‘Schwarzkopf Goodbye yellow shampoo’.

I placed an order on Live Beauty. It is order confirmed status for past ten days. The order has neither been dispatched nor is anyone responding to my mails and no one is answering calls.
Going to file case with Consumer Court
