Really good service, the original trainers I ordered weren’t in stock, I got a text advising me that they didn’t have the size but offered alternatives or a refund, I explained I needed the item within 1-2 days, they expedited delivery so I received them the next day and the trainers are great quality

Exceptional Service
I purchased a pair of Air Jordan 1 Low x Travis Scott Kids 'Black Phantom' for my son's 10th birthday with delivery advised between 1-5 days.
I was concerned that the trainers might not arrive in time so I contacted Little Laces to track the order. Thankfully the trainers arrived in stock just in time and Little Laces went above and beyond to ensure they arrived on my son's birthday (today). He was delighted. I needed to get a pair of Jordan 4 my son, and most shops were out of stock so close to Christmas, I was able to speak to the team via Instagram and they provided me with different options guaranteeing delivery before Christmas, my son was happy with his new Jordans 4!

Amazing customer service
I found little laces online whilst searching for Christmas presents for my 2 sons. I quickly went to instagram to contact them to find out, if I was to purchase would I definitely receive in time for Christmas. The response was super fast, they checked the sizes I needed and the styles I wanted were in stock and to my surprise they were. I was a little unsure if I should go ahead with the transaction as this was my first purchase and I had a bad experience with another company, I expressed my concern and I was quickly reassured and shown a page with lots of feedback. After reading through the comments I decided to go ahead and make the purchase through the website, I went back to instagram and sent over my order number. The reply was fast and I was very impressed to read that it was possible to hand deliver my order that same evening! I was given an estimated time of arrival and lots of updates whilst on route. When I received my order, they were in really nice bags and the trainer boxes had lovely little bows on them. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, I felt they really went above and beyond to help me get the gifts my sons so badly want in time for Christmas. I would highly recommend Little laces and will definitely purchase again.

Thanks so much for the order. Your order arrived in a replacement box as the original box was damaged in transit. We are not a manufacturer, so we cannot create new boxes in the event they are damaged.
Whenever this happens, we reach out to the customer to ask if they're happy to receive the pair in a replacement box for a 10% discount. However, I sincerely apologise as this protocol was not followed for your order and the shoes were mistakenly dispatched straight away by the warehouse team without you being contacted.
When you notified us of this situation, we replied within 30 minutes and offered you:
1. Keep the pair and receive a 20% discount
2. Free exchange for a new pair of the same shoe in the original box
3. Free exchange for any other item
4. Full refund
Please also note, Nike/Jordan brand uses glue to make their shoes. Sometimes, small glue marks on suede can appear as scuffs - but they're not. This is just down to the quality control of the manufacturing brand.

Customer service was amazing! I had a message to confirm the size I ordered before shipping and when I asked for an estimate on time scale for delivery as I desperately needed the shoes for my sons birthday 2 days later, they offered to upgrade my shipping to next day for no additional cost, ensuring my sons birthday present arrived in time. It’s the second time I have used little laces and will not hesitate to use them again.
