Lovely gifts. Bad delivery communication.
The selection of gifts was lovely and easy to order. However, I sent it immediately to a friend who had some bad news and never got a delivery confirmation. Following up almost a week later I can see they attempted delivery and she wasn't home. And it was down to me to rearrange delivery - thank goodness I checked as I never got notified! It's caused more disruption at a time when my friend needed to know we were thinking of her and also didn't need to be bothered about a redelivery. Such a shame.

Thank you for your review and sorry to hear the gift box has not arrived yet. The gift was sent using Royal Mail signed for services and unfortunately there have been a few delays recently plus the bank holidays have seemed to have a knock on effect so apologies for that.
