Little Angels Omdömen 

Ordered a new car seat for my disabled child as my car was involved in a bad accident so his needed replacing. Paid £12 for Saturday delivery when we would be in all day and so we would have it ready to take our son out in the car to his appointments/therapy the following day/week. It never came on the Saturday i had to chase to find out where it was they said it hadn’t been dispatched and they didn’t know why,
They offered delivery refund or full refund but it was Saturday afternoon by the time they offered this so by this point it was too late to order from else where as we would have had to wait until Monday anyway. So said we would accept delivery refund but it hasn’t been refunded yet. I asked when it would be dispatched/delivered so if it would be a day we were not around I could ask for them to deliver it to my parents house but they never replied until it was too late and they have dispatched it , my son has an appointment that we’re having to use a taxi company for due to no car seat 12.30-2.30 of course the car seat is coming between 1.15-2.15 which is why I would have asked for it delivering to my parents had I been given the chance. So another day and no car seat as they won’t leave it in a safe place!!

I brought my push chair, car seat, stroller and nursery furniture from little angels. The staff were are very helpful and knowledgeable about the different products available giving me advice which pushchair would suit my needs best. I would definately recommend using them.

Had a bedroom set for my daughters first bedroom and the staff was very helpful and had lots of great advice about moving from her next to me crib. (Which was also purchased from little angels) and again great product and a great shopping experience. Keep up the good work guys.

Lovely place, plenty to look at and try out. One of the few places left you can physically view pushchairs and touch them, prices were super accommodating. I wanted to spend around £400 on a travel system and I got a beautiful ickle bubba 3in1, on a superb offer. They had travel systems cheaper than this too! Car seats on display, not just one or 2, lots of car seats to view. Staff were very helpfully and knowledgeable, leading me straight towards everything I wanted.

I visited little angels with a view to buy a pram with my daughter. The staff were very helpful and talked me through all the different options and helped me choose one that would be suitable for her and on budget. We also looked at the wide selection of nursery furniture and were very impressed with the selection available. Couldn’t have asked for any more from them from first visit to collection of our purchase.

Highly recommend using little angels. Every part of buying our pram, car seat and buggy etc from the was just perfect. Made it very easy for us and didn't pressure us I to buying the most expensive items but what would be best for us. Very helpful and polite staff with a very warming welcome. All staff are very knowledgeable about all of the things they sell.

Absolutely wonderful service excellent staff nothing was to much trouble. I will be recommending to all my friends!!

Being a first time mum I didn’t really know what to buy and when me and my partner got there staff member Shireen was brilliant she walked us through everything and advised us on the best things to buy we went for the baba bing bundle and it’s amazing especially what you get with it and the price we will definitely be returning as they have so many great offers thank you for your help we really enjoyed the experience 😃

Bought my icandy pram from here as well as other bits and was so happy with everything, the service received was outstanding and made it such a pleasurable experience. I left the store a very happy mummy to be, knowing all I needed to know about my pram, will definitely return.

I bought a buggy for my son 5 months ago, it never came with a cup holder, I have since had problems with the wheel not been straight and when I push the pram the wheel wobbles! I have tried to call the company more then enough times and emailed them several times, when I call it cuts me straight off then I call on a private number and they conveniently answered straight away! The customer service is shocking and the lady on the phone was just fobbing me off by sending an email and telling me to go through the company who make the pram! She was no help and says she cleared her emails every day before leaving but somehow I never get a reply to my emails I’ve sent! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DIABOLICAL COMPANY, IF YOU CAN EVEN CALL THEM A COMPANY!

Never buy from this company! I ordered a BabyMoov CosyDream from them for my cousins new arrival back in October for a delivery due mid November, perfect time for her baby shower. The arrival date came and went so I emailed them asking when I should be expecting this item. I was told that they sold more than they actually had and they were waiting on stock to arrive before they could send it out. I asked for a revised delivery date and they refused to give one as they didn’t have one from the supplier. I emailed again at the start of December and I’m now getting no response from the company whatsoever! I am now having to go re-purchase the product elsewhere as the baby is due imminently and now £30 out of pocket for this! I’m going to have to contact my bank to see if they can help.

NEVER BUY FROM THEM! TOTAL SCAMMERS!

After visiting 3 nurseries in the local area, I choose little angels as I liked their outside area and cosy vibe inside.

Ordered an item online on 16 September 2023 with expected delivery date of 5 October 2023, sent an enquiry on 7 October 2023 to their website to ask when I should expect delivery as it hadn't arrived, was told by Kimberley Kirk, Manager, that they were expecting a delivery that week and would get my item dispatched as soon as it arrived. Between then and now, 7/11/23, I have had to contact Little Angels customer service each week to be told each time that I actually am able to get through to their customer service, that a delivery is expected, last week I was told my item was due in with them and would be delivered last week. I have contacted them again today, to express my annoyance at the lack of communication from this company that were quite happy to take my money at the time and have me chase them for updates constantly. Very little ownership taken for their lack of customer service from the owner who, because I vented my annoyance, talked over the top of me to say she was refunding my money and cut the phone call off. If I could give 0 stars to this company I would, at least take some responsibility for the lack of communication you give to your online customers when you are sitting with their money in your bank account and no product delivered! Reading other reviews it is quite clear it's a very different story when you are face to face with the people that work for Little Angels. Don't sell online if you can't manage to do it!!!

Having read the other trust pilot reviews for littleangelsprams I was slightly sceptical that I would experience issues too. That wasn’t the case. It was easy to order the pram online, and at a significant discount to elsewhere. The buggy arrived within two days and was perfect. I even called the day after ordering to check it was on route and spoke to a lovely gentleman in their Nottingham shop who advised it would arrive the next day. No issues whatsoever and a great buggy that arrived on time.

I ordered a Cuddle Co shelf for my baby back in June. After several delays and false promises being pushed back I have had to file for a charge back through my bank. It’s now mid October and still no sign of the shelf! I wish I had checked reviews before ordering.
Emails are going unanswered - never a good sign.

Purchased our travel system a couple of months back, the people in the shop were lovely and helpful.
The system was due to be delivered to the shop mid September, we were (eventually) notified there was an error (but only after chasing them up) and that there would be a couple of weeks delay. A couple of weeks have been and gone but we have no idea when the system will arrive. Calling the warehouse simply tells you to email them and emailing them results in a message fobbing you off with dismissals and non-answers.

Fantastic service! We ordered a sun cover online from this company, we unfortunately received the rain cover instead. Contacted them in day of delivery, apologising for the mix up (the boxes are very similar in fairness) they told us to keep the original cover and sent us out the correct item immediately and received 2 days later. In the days where customer service is very important and unfortunately reading the below comments from what I can only assume are key board warriors we have received fantastic customer service and will deffinetly use again!

Just to add I now work in a competly differently line of work but I used to work a car parts company beginning with h who sold car seats, fully trained to sell them myself reading some of these reviews are very usjust to say the least. If a product breaks which they can with the use and frustration that push chairs bring this company didn’t make, design or build the product they simply supply the item from the manufacturers.

I was a bit worried reading the other Trustpilot reviews, however the product I wanted (Cybex Solution G i-fix car seat, as our 5 year old had outgrown her previous car seat) showed in stock in the colour we wanted, and it was a good price with free delivery. Everything went smoothly with ordering, the product immediately went out of stock on screen when I had ordered it (so their stock system was working perfectly) and we received the product promptly: can't remember if it was next day or the day after but incredibly quickly either way. We are super pleased with the new car seat, our daughter is thrilled. Well done Little Angels Prams!
