Products ordered but then not in stock for weeks!
Ordered from them. No communication until I prompted them, then was informed the product would only be available up to 2 months after the point of order. Asked for a refund.
Update to your reply - I received no communication, following my original order on 26/9 and prompted you on 14/10 from my work email - again with no reply until today, 26/10 - a month after my order... to be told it would be another month. Feel free to check your communications - the email your sent today showed me that you have attempted to chase this with the supplier but not with me, until today.

Hi Phil, I’m very sorry to read this review. The item you ordered is listed on our website with a 2-3 week delivery time frame as it comes to you direct from the supplier. As with all direct delivery items we aim to contact you if the delivery might be delayed. I messaged you a few days after your order to let you know I would update you when I heard from my supplier. I chased your order again this week and forwarded my supplier’s reply to you as soon as I received it offering a refund if you didn’t want to wait. Until I received your reply to this email with your request for a refund I have not received any communication from you. Your refund has been processed. Best wishes, Jo

Lovely business
The products were priced really well and the communication around posting the items was top-notch. There was also a lovely hand written note, and a tea bag and biscuit included in the parcel! 10/10

The perfect Personal Touch......
The whole experience was a breathe of fresh air. It all felt like a very personal service. The package was extremely well pack and the personal touch with the Teabag and Biscuit just topped off an entirely pleasurable shipping experience. That personal touch that big companies have left in the past, will certainly make me want to use the website again. Keep up the fantastic work.
